Chili's Grill & Bar offers a variety of dining experiences. The food is generally praised as great, hot, and fresh, with some dishes like the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla being a popular choice. Customers often recommend ordering it with honey chipotle and ranch on the side for extra flavor. The restaurant is a good spot for lunch, especially in Fultondale, where many find it to be a reliable place to eat.
However, the service and atmosphere can vary. Some customers felt the staff was friendly and attentive, while others experienced rushed service, unclean tables, or unprofessional attitudes from managers. One visitor shared that despite the food being good, the server seemed unhappy and left quickly, and the restaurant itself is in need of updates or a paint job. Another guest had trouble paying with a cashapp Visa card, which was refused by the manager, leading to embarrassment and frustration.
Overall, Chili's provides a decent dining experience with tasty food, but the atmosphere and service quality can be inconsistent. The restaurant might not be the first choice for everyone, especially if cleanliness or customer service are top priorities.
