“Thank you all for accommodating our party of 18 very last minute… These guys are great. Literally called from Logan’s and asked if they’d accommodate our party due to poor service at Logan’s. They said yes come on. We walked across the parking lot walked in stood for less than 5 mins and they had us set up and ready to go. Food was fantastic… All the staff were so friendly.. Our waitress was exceptional. She handled our big crowd perfectly.. Highly recommend trying the fresh guacamole 🤩. If you want good food and good service definitely try them out…“

“Our host was super kind. Service was pretty good cause I liked our server but she got my to go order wrong that I ordered for my mom and I didn’t know until we were home already. I tried to call next day but they were too busy to answer I guess. Not sure if I’ll be back to this location I usually go to the other one in Hoover.“

“I called prior to heading to the location . I was told order would be ready in 10 minutes . I headed over to pick up my order due to me being more than 20 minutes away . I get there and still have to wait 20 minutes for my order . I had to ask for Ranch and Celery that is supposed to come with it . Had to wait for them to get some ready . Mind you my order was placed on Wednesday. I requested all of this with my order. They gotta do better with this . I don’t like the fact that your advertised price is $39.99 then you add 8.51 for getting traditional chicken wings . Nowhere does it say there will be an up charge for ordering traditional wings . $53. 35 was my total .“

“prices are high, food is the best around, service is dry but not rude. as southerners, we forget not everyone wants to put on a fake smile and voice. as a chronic people pleaser, I respect and admire it. if more dishes came with vegetables without charge, I'd give 5 stars“

“We went bc it was the only place open. We haven't been to this location before but we swore off Applebee's well over a decade ago after giving them several chances to redeem themselves. We didn't have high expectations at all but the server was great, everything came pretty quick, it was all hot AND tasted great. We were pleasantly surprised. And the bill was about 30% less than anywhere else we would have gone to sit down. Only thing I could say needs work is the actual physical restaurant itself. You can tell it's been there awhile and the carpet is yucky looking. Repairs and remodel are definitely needed. But we even said we would go back again soon and it's been almost 20 yrs since we've declared that in reference to this place. All 5 of us ate at around 12$/ea, before tip.“

“I'm not from this area but I am from Alabama and have eaten at a many of these restaurants from West Texas to Niagara Falls! I felt bad this particular visit because I was asking for substitutions, additions, and Exactly how I wanted my hashbrowns! The 2 gentleman never sighed, raised a brow, or got upset..The 2 , Cook and Server, performed as if I were the D.M. or w/Cooperate! I don't know if I have Ever had a "NO COMPLAINT " Experience from this franchise or the other ones similar to, but it was PERFECT! From the greeting to the last bite! It would have been nice to dine in but for whatever reason, I was unable to just like the others who came while I was there. Thanks! I Highly recommend this location.“

“It’s super dark inside. A lot of tables were dirty.. service took a minute to come and it was a little awkward if I’m being completely honest. But the food was really good! I was hesitant because of the bad reviews but everything was hot and fresh.“
