She canceled the order and walked away-I figured it was to get the mgr.
The mgr had stepped to the restroom-apparently the cashier didn’t realize it.
The cashier never returned.
The mgr first said “we don’t take gift cards on the phone”… I very patiently waited… she said wait a minute, let me try something.
She was able to manually enter the numbers and use like a credit card.
Even though she was kind and patient, I was about to peacefully walk out because I felt like I had caused a terrible inconvenience 😟”

It was the best burger and fries I’ve had in a long time. We’ve got Jacks local to us, but Geraldine Jacks is hands down, the BEST. I said what I said. I cannot stop thinking about the quality of my food and how hot it was. Top tier, I mean that.”
