“Absolutely love coming to jacks when I visit my parents you don’t get service in illinois like you do in alabama especially at jacks. The service was so friendly, true southern hospitality. I cannot come to visit without stopping for a bacon egg and cheese. They are so delicious.

“One of the best dining experiences while in Rainsville for a rodeo. All of our food came out fast and it was all delicious. Dallon was our server and his personality was just as fantastic as the food. He made us feel so welcome and we all shared many laughs. Candi was also super friendly and welcoming. “We haven't had Subway all that much within the past 5 years or so. Weeks back we decided to grab some samiches and take home. We live less than 3 miles from there. Both were very, very good. The employees make you feel quite welcome and do all they can to ensure all is ok before leaving. Only fault I have with any Subway is they don't offer any sort of discount for the military. I've noticed many establishments are like that, but some say, if you come on Veterans Day, we'll give a 10% discount. WOW, once a year.”

“McDonalds in Fort Payne has some great memories for be personally. The first Birthday party I ever attended was there. This was back in the early 80s when FP only had a McDonald's and a Hardee's. And Rainsville had nothing. I remember how special it felt to go there as a young lad and get a cardboard boxer happy meal and play on ther world renown playground.”

“I was trying to use my E-gift card but the cashier didn’t know what to do.
She canceled the order and walked away-I figured it was to get the mgr.
The mgr had stepped to the restroom-apparently the cashier didn’t realize it.
The cashier never returned.
The mgr first said “we don’t take gift cards on the phone”… I very patiently waited… she said wait a minute, let me try something.
She was able to manually enter the numbers and use like a credit card.
Even though she was kind and patient, I was about to peacefully walk out because I felt like I had caused a terrible inconvenience 😟”

“I came through the drive thru after church one night. I live a couple of towns over. I received extremely hot food and drove home with it (25 minutes) it was still HOT. It was the best burger and fries I’ve had in a long time. We’ve got Jacks local to us, but Geraldine Jacks is hands down, the BEST. I said what I said. I cannot stop thinking about the quality of my food and how hot it was. Top tier, I mean that.”
