“Why on earth does it take 45min to get your food when the place is drive thru only? That is absurd? You can literally get a live chicken, kill it, pluck it, clean it, cut and batter the thing, then cook it and eat it in less time than to go they y’all’s drive thru.... Please find out what’s being done wrong and fix it“

“I absolutely love coming to this Chick-fil-A in Gardendale. The facility is always spotless, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is consistently incredible — but that’s something most of America already knows.
What really sets this location apart is the leadership team. They’re top-notch in every way: professional, kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. You can feel the positive culture the moment you walk in.

“Majestic Pies is my favorite pizza place ever, and I'm so happy they provided the pizza for our wedding day! We had multiple guests tell us afterwards that it was the best pizza they had ever had! “Edgar’s Bakery in Birmingham blends cozy café charm with delicious treats. The strawberry cake is a must-try, and great breakfast selection. I took the vegetable omelette and it was very good. Service was awesome staff are super nice. Overall it’s a sweet spot for cakes, coffee, and casual bites. Definitely recommended 👌“

“We visited from Texas and were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and food at Urban Cookhouse. I’d be curious to try other sandwiches, but would definitely pair it with more broccoli salad.
Parking: I walked up to the restaurant, but I did notice plenty of street parking available.“

“Typical Chic Fil A, The food is top tier but this location needs some serious updates, lots of disrepair in the dining area. The staff was on par but not the best we’ve ever had.
Parking: Tight parking lot that’s not the easiest to get to from the main roads.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, they have a play place at this location.

“Chick-fil-A is less a restaurant and more a magical temple where chicken reigns supreme and your life’s problems temporarily vanish. You walk in, and immediately a choir of polite angels in visors says, “My pleasure,” so many times that I start questioning if I’ve entered a parallel universe where politeness is currency.“
