If you want a nightmare, buy your sub here! We usually order from Fultondale however there was a sports team there so we made the short drive to Gardendale. The 2 people making subs were the rudest. Most hateful. It seemed as if they were mad we were there. I ordered our food that was a toasted meatball, bmt and Philly steak. Ice cold. Cold meat, cold cheese, not melted at all. Gross. Paid $17 for footlong chicken bacon ranch. Bcuz the window is covered up where the meat and cheese are kept, not sure if I got pepper jack cheese on my sandwich. Went back to work to eat and found that my sandwich was strangely dry. Didn't taste any cheese melted. Sandwich guy was nice. Never seen a Subway with the meat and cheese window covered like that. Can't see what kinda meat/cheese is being served or what it looks like or how it's being handled, cleanliness, etc. Why hide??...read full review

They also told me to read out my card info before i even told them how i was going to pay. They were very rude, told me they could not remake my food, unless we paid the full amount again, refused to give me a refund in cash when I paid in CASH. and overall was an hectic experience.
