“I have left this review in other spots in addition to this one. This restaurant earned the effort. There were three of us. We had 45 minutes to eat and then 15 to get to the courthouse for a meeting. I had seen the place a few weeks before and wanted to try it. When we arrived the parking lot was about full. Good sign for food quality usually. Bad sign for someone who only has 45 minutes to eat. We asked the wait-staff if they thought they could pull-off a 30 minute race to get our food to the table. She worked with us by advising what meals/items took longer to prepare and we said game on. Best burgers I have had in Alabama in a decade. T H E B E S T !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All three of us were in awe of how good the meal was. The wait-staff was fast, courteous, knowledgable, helpful, and pleasant. I am usually happy if I get just two of those in a server. Our server had them all. We are already planning to go back for a less rushed, more relaxed dinner soon. The dining room was clean, comfortable, and did not have the echo-filled cafeteria acoustics a lot of places do. Outstanding place. Outstanding burgers. Outstanding service. I highly recommend it.“

“I visited Mcdonalds in Southside Al with my family for dinner. We had a rather large order so was pulled up. We never mind this as we know it can be an inconvenience to the staff. The young man who brought our food out was very sweet, greeted us, and brought back things we needed. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a raise (Tall, red hair, big grin from ear to ear)“

“They have had a problem with enough employees. Up until the last few months, all was great. It was hit or missed getting a correct order. The last 2 times, everything was correct. I just make sure I check my order before i leave the parking lot.“

“Everyone at the counter was cheerful with good vibes! Happy to help and very respectful. Meka, the general manager, has some crazy good vibes! I can see why she is the general manager. All smiles, all laughs, and cutting up. Awesome people working here. The food was as fresh as it could get and hot. No cold fries, burgers weren’t cold and the drinks had the perfect ratio on syrup/carbonation. The lobby was very clean, the bathrooms were clean, behind the counter was clean (aside from a few fries, but that happens) the folks working here definitely make a difference in eating at a fast food restaurant. That’s why I gave 5 stars on atmosphere. It’s Burger King for crying out loud. We all know what to expect, it’s the employees that really make a difference in the atmosphere.

“After driving 7 hours, we found this place open and was almost time to close (about 30 minutes). They received us in a polite manner (not in rush). The food was so flavory, the meat and the chicken breast well cooked. The server was very nice.“

“Nobody came to the register to take our order so we needed up having to use the kiosk. After waiting 20 mins for our food (we were the only ones waiting inside) my husband went up and asked about our food. The staff said she put it together a few mins ago and the phone rang and she forgot about it. Good thing I told my husband to go check. When you’re on a road trip you’re trying to be quick. That’s why it’s called fast food. This location was anything but fast. We’ll stop at another location next time.“
