“A must try! Food: the donuts were fresh and tender! Same base but different toppings and it was just amazing. I did powdered donuts and Nutella! I literally could not stop eating. Big foot's little donuts just knows how to donut. Service: as mush as I could rave about the donuts the service was impeccable! The kindness and patience was on another level. I really could have stayed and chatted all morning! Just pleasant. Ambiance: it was a cute and quaint place. Some seating to eat. There was ample free, parking that made it easy to get to! Which I appreciate!“

“Not only did we have a very satisfying ham, egg & cheese croissant, red velvet doughnut and a real cruller, we left with hope in our future by interfacing with an excellent human by the name of Emily! This Generation Alpha girl is absolutely amazing! Confident enough to greet all people, of all ages with eye contact, a smile, and a greeting that projected perfectly; she also was constantly observing what needed to be done in the dining area, at the drive thru and the counter masterfully. I certainly hope the owners know what a treasure they found in Emily, as she took the otherwise nice experience to a whole new level. Well done, Emily! It was a pleasure meeting this morning, and there is no doubt you will go far. And your mom is right, introducing you to Dave Ramsey at the age of 17, will serve you wicked well in the future. ;)“

“I shared a negative review earlier today because of the service I had over the phone. I sent an email to corporate about the service as well after being told the online ordering software was down to call and have an associate help me and when I did that the associate who answered the phone told me the service was down but he would only take a phone order for 3 dozen or more donuts and if I wanted less I was essentially out of luck. I got an email back fairly quickly from the owner and even though he offered me a free half dozen (I honestly didn’t want anything for free or even didn’t expect anything) his email was thoughtful, well written, and seemed genuine. I have removed the negative review and decided to give them a second chance. The owners customer service made up totally for the service his employee gave. I suspect he handled it promptly.“

“I love this Dunkin and I stop fairly regularly on my way to work, but today when I stopped by around 2pm, it seemed like there was only one teenager working (maybe there was someone else in the back I didn’t see?). He was doing a fantastic job (he was awesome!) but it did look like he was doing everything himself. Please hire more employees so that you’re not overworking any one person!!“
