“We ordered two trays online (1 toasted and 1 cold) thinking that “toasted” would be warm/steamed like in the restaurant. When I picked them up, the bread was toasted and then put in the cooler. When I explained what I had wanted, David was more than willing to accommodate me but told me I’d have to wait about 15 minutes. I totally understood that, but he insisted on giving me a gift card to make up for my wait. Cameron set about remaking the tray of subs using steamed meat and cheese! She was very sweet and helped me decide what I wanted. They have lots of items on the menu, and I just wanted plain chicken salad. It was good. My husband got a BLT-something. I can't remember exactly what it was. But, it was delicious! I think it was a chicken blt-ranch sandwich.“
