“I live nearby the Helena Chick-fil-a and have been going there frequently. There was a period when customers were few and drive thru service was a little slow but for the last few months it has been a real pleasure to go there. The food is ALWAYS great, and the menu options keep growing with variety and taste. The customer focused service workers in the drive thru are wonderful - competent, friendly and very efficient. I love this place and will continue to go there on a regular basis.“

“First time visiting Jack's. Where has this place been all my life? The gravy biscuits were phenomenal, fluffy biscuits with plenty of gravy. The steak biscuits were a think of beauty, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Maybe it was because I was really hungry. Maybe it was the wake and bake, or maybe, just maybe, it was just that good. I will be doing more research on this chain and will let you know.“

The noise level can be a bit high at times due to occasional parties. The prices are good considering the large amount of delicious food you get. Overall, it's a great experience.“

The cashier's and everyone are still extremely polite, though. There's just been a noticeable lack of attention to detail and polish lately.“

“It's perfect weather for a bowl of chicken noodle soup from my favorite Chick-fil-A at Patton Creek. If you haven't tried the chicken noodle soup, you definitely should. It's always hot, tasty, and well seasoned, with plenty of shredded chicken and egg noodles, and lots of carrots and celery. Be sure and get a few extra Westminster Company Saltines. These crackers are very different from the well-known name brand crackers I had as a kid. They are a bit thicker and a little more crisp than those, which works well for dunking in the hot soup. Chicken noodle soup, Westminster Company Saltines, and a medium coke is one of my favorite meals always made better by the Chick's friendly 5-star staff: Leigh, Zoe, Ashley, Laura, Will, Eric, and Chris.“

“I went with my son and his class yesterday while on their field trip. Enjoyable experience, very helpful staff. It was kind of entertaining, there were several people ahead of me in line and the staff called "next person please" and even repeat it several times and customers would just stand there and not move up... My point being, that takes patience! Never heard anyone being disrespectful at all. Have a blessed day.“
