“Wife took granddaughter, 12 from Dallas, GA, who said she doesn't usually like shakes but it was her best ever, vanilla. Wife's P-nut Butter shake was great as well. Looking for next trip home to Glencoe“

“I am Davey L. Rich, the creator of Best Burgers in America Association, and I travel and score burgers for restaurants. I was invited to come and score a burger for Burger 101, and what an awesome experience. They have an awesome Smash Burger. Fresh, never-frozen beef patty "Smashed" to perfection. I scored burgers 1-10 and Burger 101 scored a Perfect 10. Great Job!“

“The food and service today was Great! My server was Mason and he made several suggestions when I couldn't decide on what to order. I decided on the GameDay Classic and it was delicious! Thanks again to Mason for making sure our meal was perfect!!“

“The food is amazing and the whole staff is so friendly. They treat you like family.“

“I have left this review in other spots in addition to this one. This restaurant earned the effort. There were three of us. We had 45 minutes to eat and then 15 to get to the courthouse for a meeting. I had seen the place a few weeks before and wanted to try it. When we arrived the parking lot was about full. Good sign for food quality usually. Bad sign for someone who only has 45 minutes to eat. We asked the wait-staff if they thought they could pull-off a 30 minute race to get our food to the table. She worked with us by advising what meals/items took longer to prepare and we said game on. Best burgers I have had in Alabama in a decade. T H E B E S T !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All three of us were in awe of how good the meal was. The wait-staff was fast, courteous, knowledgable, helpful, and pleasant. I am usually happy if I get just two of those in a server. Our server had them all. We are already planning to go back for a less rushed, more relaxed dinner soon. The dining room was clean, comfortable, and did not have the echo-filled cafeteria acoustics a lot of places do. Outstanding place. Outstanding burgers. Outstanding service. I highly recommend it.“

“THE BEST seafood in the city 😋😋😋“

“The Manager Lisa is extremely nice at the Gadsden location. I had a coupon for a Free three piece, chicken, tender, and forgot to use it at the window and she was so sweet and fixed it for me with no attitude whatsoever as a matter of fact, she was smiling“

“I love the Philly steak and husband like wings .“

“Good food but was freezing cold in the lobby this morning“

“Shoutout to Jacks for supporting and sponsoring our boys pre-game meal with full bellies they got the DUB aka the win 43-10 thank you jacks!! #Gaston #Bulldogs“

“The steak had great flavor and was cooked well. The quality was pretty good for the price (I really didn't expect USDA Prime). My server Lyla was what really made the visit worthwhile. Even though she was new to the job,she did an excellent job. I will return, probably not for the steak, but for the excellent service.“

“Good chicken nuggets good ice cream nice good cookies good mcgriddles good coffee good egg McMuffin“

“Im a door dasher so I cant speak on the food. I can however say I get a lot of repeat customers from this location! The service is always quick and simple. The atmosphere is always friendly! (PSA: This review was written for PELL CITY,ALABAMA location!)“
