“When I think of an old fashioned burger joint Hamburger Heaven is it. Think Happy Days but in real life.
The burgers are so juicy and flavorful or try the other smoked turkey club. The onion rings with the sauce put a huge smile on my face.
Get a milkshake and aan apple pie because you deserve great things in your life.“

“Princeton Alternative Elementary School hired Gus's to cater an outside "tailgating" experience for about 200 students, staff, and parents. Lee and his staff member exceeded our expectations. They were timely, prepared, and eager to help us in any capacity. They served everyone with a smile and pleasant attitude. Our event was a success because of the delicious food and excellent service. We are so glad to have found a partner in Gus's and look forward to having them at future events.“

“I wish I had taken pictures of the food, but we ate it too fast! After crawling out of a concert, sweaty and dizzy, the waft of burger steam coming out of the food truck was like an angels chorus. My husband and I each got the Bear Burger, and I wish we had ordered more to take home for later. Fresh, melt in your mouth, insanely delicious, and ready in five minutes even so late at night. I think this burger is worth the hour and a half drive from our city, even without a concert.“

“I've been driving past this place for months and thought I needed to try it. Today was the day, Chili Cheese dogs for me and Slaw dogs for a co-worker. Fries and Tots too, both of out meals were good, friendly people behind the counter too. Looks like they have a good variety of other standards for this type of small restaurant. “It's a hole in the wall place but the food is great. I had the cheese burger and onion rings and they were awesome. My kid had the chicken sandwich with fries and he loved it! All together with an extra side of fries I paid about $26 so it wasn't bad for the amount of food we got :)“

“Very, very good burgers and hot dogs. I am quite fond of the milk shakes (though not the coffee shake -- bitter) and the hot dogs. The size (and cost) of the fries is just nuts. And anybody will tell you that -- even though the food is delicious -- this is some expensive fast food.“

“I've been eating Sneaky Pete's hotdog since I was a little kid. The food is great, but it's much more than that. It's more than just a hot dog restaurant, it's a Birmingham icon. Everyone from here and travels through here should have a Sneaky Pete's hot dog.“

“Stumbled into this place and it was delicious. Two classics with fries, all very tasty. Cute little diner feel with Mario being very sweet with excellent customer service. Manager even came out and checked on everyone dining. This must be what it was like back in the day when customer service was always top priority and the food reasonably priced and authentically made to order.“
