“I've had these donuts before but never been in the shop. Went in this morning and got some donuts and kolaches and coffee. I'm blind and they went above and beyond to make sure that I knew what was what in the bags. They were very helpful! Wonderful experience and amazing food and coffee!“

“I stopped in this morning and got 2.5 dozen donuts, plus a couple just for me. I was impressed, as I pulled up there is plenty of parking, walking in the door I was impressed with the lay out, how clean and organized the location is. They have roll up garage doors for warmer weather, custom HERO t-shirts and hats for purchase that were really cool. I travel for work and try to stay away from chain donuts due to poor quality, and they are usually just thawed, hard and taste like cardboard. I love local places, HERO checked all the boxes. I loved how creative they are with the fall-Halloween themed donuts. I had a pumpkin spice, and WOW was it good. It had a cream cheese frosting inside that reminded me of my mom's pumpkin log roll...but better. Service was quick, and polite. My customer loved the donuts, creativity, and packaging. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to AL, and stopping in at HERO for a fresh, delicious breakfast treat!“

“The doughnuts are great of course, but the rewards program is garbage. Just about every time I go and want to scan my rewards card, they say that the system is down and I will need to do it through the app. Then adding it in the app never works. It just says “there was a problem”. Huge waste of time that they apparently refuse to fix.“

“I enjoy the customers I serve at Dunkin'. Trying to give them a smile from a friendly face and listening to them is part of my Job. Making sure they leave completely satisfied with what we can do for them is the whole point. I have seen a lot more happier customers expressing how our service is more Helpful, Attentive and Very Kind now last night!I felt like that deserved a good review since this location didn't have very many! “Get the donuts, skip the rest. I used to be a huge fan of this place, but after their expansions, it’s clear the quality has taken a nosedive. The Hero Burger, once amazing, is now a sad shadow of its former self. The patty is dry and lacking in flavor, with barely any cheese, and hardly any cracked sauce. We used to love coming here and supporting a great local biz, but now it feels like they’ve sacrificed quality for quantity. Come for the donuts, they’re still good, the buns and lunch menu are just not what they once were :(“
