McDonald's in Hoover

“I arrived at 9:22AMand left at 9:26AM in the drive through on 8-31-2025. The guy that ran my card at the first window was nice and the lady at the second window was so sweet! Now. The food. My Diet Coke was crisp, I’m talking perfect bubbles to syrup consistency. My Bacon egg and cheese biscuit was hot and delish. Biscuit was good consistency. Didn’t crumble. Bacon was crispy. Cheese was melted. Hasbrown was steamy and crisp. I mean 10/10 y’all. Pics for proof! The A Team was out in full force!“

“I had to stop somewhere for a quick bite to eat because of a tight schedule. Normally I wouldn't eat at McDonald's or any other fast food restaurant. The dining room was fairly clean and quiet, at least during the time that I was there. The food was what we've all come to expect, it's McDonald's. I can say this about the McDonald's business model and quality control; no matter where you are across the US you will have the same experience at any McDonald's. That being said, one of the things that irks me is getting a sandwich with the cheese hanging out one side and the dressing popped and running out the other side. How hard could it be to place the food items in the middle of the bun? Obviously this is not in accordance with the McDonald's business model. It is a local management issue. Okay, it was just a small rant.“

“Best McDonald's in the Hoover/Birmingham Alabama area! The food is always great, as well as the service, and they ALWAYS have enough staff to handle the volume of customers in the morning... I make it a point to stop at THIS McDonald's, when there are plenty more in the area!!“

“The fries were inedible because they were so cold, after waiting in line for 20 minutes he would have imagined that they would have been so cold but they were and so if I would have made it all the way back I probably would have just given it back to them“
