“I love wings plus. Out of all of the Wings joints I've been to Wings Plus in Bluff Park tops them all. I have never had anything less than freshly made delicious food and I don't just order wings. The place is always neat. I know restaurants were hit hard by the pandemic and have a hard time finding people to work. I've never been treated anything less than respectful and kind. “UAB location is awesome. I have visited this located several times and always clean, friendly, and food always good. I normally do online order and my order always ready when I arrive. I ate there with my mother once and it was nice and pleasant. We sat outside on the patio.“

“Had seen Cava all over the place and finally tried it out. What a great Mediterranean upscale fast food place! Ordered takeout for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Soonest pickup option was 15 minutes, and it was ready to pick up when we arrived righ on time. Nice airy dining room at this location and a lovely patio, too.

Ordered a Steak + Harissa Bowl (w/ free pita) and a Spicy Chicken + Avocado pita wrap. They were both great! Good flavor in all the seasonings, tender steak, plenty of avocado on the wrap. Pitas were thick and good quality. A little pricy, but you do get a fair amount. Looking forward to trying their specialty drinks next time!“

“Great breakfast buffet that was very expensive but convenient if you are staying in the hotel. Everything was fresh and they had someone at a station making omelets and would bring it to your table if you didn’t want to wait for them to prepare it. Overall the breakfast buffet was good.

The staff was very friendly. We even came here at the end of our day for desert and enjoyed the restaurant that had a modern look and was quiet and relaxing.“

It seemed that hardly any eatery would be open and there wasn't time allowance to drive out of the downtown area, without being late for the next activity. Thus, we settled on a mid-afternoon lunch/dinner at Tasty Town. Honestly, both of us thought it was better than we had anticipated and the service and location were top notch. Thanks, Tasty Town! The meats were tender and flavorful, perfectly paired with the White Magic and Spicy Don't Play With Me sauces. The White Magic added a creamy, tangy touch, while the Spicy sauce brought just the right amount of heat. The portion size was generous, and every bite was delicious. The service was great, and the flavors were on point. Highly recommend Ahki’s for an unforgettable meal!“
