“It was Friday and the place was a little busy. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. I ordered a Caramel Machado and a Sausage Biscuit. The Machado was really sweet, I think they added extra squirts of the Machado sauce. Other than that, everything was good ? they also used to play country music in the store, but today they had some hippie stuff! Bring back the country music please ?“

There are thousands of Starbucks, they basically serve the same drinks, food, and also selling the same Starbuck's merchandise.What makes this place unique, the customer service. The cheery greetings, small conversations with the staff while waiting for your drinks. That's what hospitality is all about.
