“I cannot lie, while I have mostly abandoned Starbucks altogether because of their far-left, corporate woke policies, especially where I live, I make an exception when traveling.Since I'm in south Birmingham staying at a Marriott off 280, this Starbucks location is close by. Got there at 0635 and was quickly waited upon and of course the White Chocolate mocha and breakfast sandwich and chocolate croissant were excellent, albeit pricey.Although when I get back home I will always seek out the small, independent coffee shops.“
“I never know what to order due to the fact the ingredients in a drink seem to change depending upon who's working. That's very confusing. I went in two weeks ago for an iced coffee for my daughter and me. Was asked if I wanted cream and said yes. We both loved our drink saying it's the best we've had there. Went in about a week ago for the same drink and said I wanted cream. She looked confused, saying it came with it. Wonderful tho slightly confused. Got the drink and it tasted nowhere near the same nor was it the same color as last time. Now Idk which is right or what I should say to get the original drink again. Confused and disappointed.However, I will go and try again.“

“just now I was visiting the Birmingham Airport in Alabama and ordered 2 coffees from terminal C and I spilled one of my entire coffees right in front of the store. Quickly an employee sweet as can be came out and helped me clean up while the other employee remade my coffee for FREE without me asking!! It is my first flight and my nerves are shot and this act of kindness from both of your employees made my day better. Thank you starbies!!“
“I had so time to kill before my first class of the day, so I decided to go to the Starbucks in the UAB Hill Student Center. This location is usually packed, so when I found it almost empty it was a pleasant surprise! My drink came out very quick and it was very good! This is not always the case. When this location is busy my drinks often take away to come out and they are usually not very good. The workers always have a smile on their face, even when it is crazy busy, and they are always easy to interact with. This location is very clean and I enjoy all of the natural light that all of the windows offer.“

“I personally didn't order anything to eat. My daughter did and she said it was really good. Their coffee selections are awesome. “I choose to go to the on campus Starbucks in the library during my break between classes today! All of the workers were very friendly and willing to help out. I loved how clean and organized all of the tables and seating areas were. I ordered a coffee with a small snack and they both came out in a very timely manner, which is always beneficial when you are trying to make it to your next class on time. There were signs all over the store advertising new menu items, which is great because it allows me to see if I want to try out something new rather than my usual order! I really enjoyed my experience at this Starbucks today, and will definitely be back!!“

“No matter how busy they are, they are always polite and kind. The order is right and they smile. These seem like small things but with the cost of everything going up, I want to spend my money somewhere where I feel appreciated and not as a burden. Plus, I love coffee. And they make great coffee. I've got to get the ladies name that works the drive-thru and knits hats bc she goes out of her way to make sure your order is right, ahe smiles, and she is very personable. The drive thru may look a mile long but they work fast here and it may only take a few minutes to get your order. Fabulous.Wheelchair accessibility: There is only 1 handicap parking spot but generally I use the drive thru. The parking spot is at the end in the front so you've got plenty of room to get your chair out. The doors are wide enough for your chair and there is plenty of room inside.“

“Don’t ever go to this location! Upon placing my order and pulling to the window, I handed the nice gentleman my card to pay (35.00 for 3 drinks!) I’m ok with spending that much as long as they are good drinks. Well I verified that there wasn’t be whip on them and the RUDE barista making the drinks( didn’t catch her name but I saw she was a taller woman, long dark hair, said very rudely when he reminded her of the whip “did he tip?” Now I’m sorry is it any of her business if I tipped or not? NO! She needs to stay in her lane, make My drinks and keep her comments to herself! I wasn’t given the option to tip in the first place. She needs to be knocked off of her high horse and learn to be humble and grateful she has a job. It’s people like her that make people refuse to go to certain places ever again! I WILL BE CONTACTING HIGHER mgmt about her lovely comment. Maybe she can go work somewhere where she doesn’t have to deal with the public.
