“Whoever made this drink- absolutely COOKED!! I've never seen such craftsmanship ONG. Thank you whoever made my birthday drink so special even though I ordered on the mobile app which I know a lot of workers can find frustrating! They still have my drink love and it was delicious and BEAUTIFUL“

“I come to this location probably 4-5 times a week to get my daughter and drinks. She loves the Pink Drink and I love the White Chocolate Frappuccino. I always go through the drive thru and I’ve been coming there so much almost 95% of the employees on the drive thru taking orders know me now. They have my order already entered before I even give it to them because they recognize me. It’s funny but it’s so nice at the same time that they remember. Everyone at this location are just so friendly and fast. I’m not the greatest with names but I believed it is Hibb who is awesome and always takes such great care along with some of the other ladies who names I’m forgetting. But just wanted to say everyone here is so great and this is a wonderful location to visit.“

“Don’t ever go to this location! Upon placing my order and pulling to the window, I handed the nice gentleman my card to pay (35.00 for 3 drinks!) I’m ok with spending that much as long as they are good drinks. Well I verified that there wasn’t be whip on them and the RUDE barista making the drinks( didn’t catch her name but I saw she was a taller woman, long dark hair, said very rudely when he reminded her of the whip “did he tip?” Now I’m sorry is it any of her business if I tipped or not? NO! She needs to stay in her lane, make My drinks and keep her comments to herself! I wasn’t given the option to tip in the first place. She needs to be knocked off of her high horse and learn to be humble and grateful she has a job. It’s people like her that make people refuse to go to certain places ever again! I WILL BE CONTACTING HIGHER mgmt about her lovely comment. Maybe she can go work somewhere where she doesn’t have to deal with the public. I know I would never want her to fix ANYTHING of mine with that nasty snotty entitled attitude!Do better Starbucks! Do better!“

“Great customer service. A clean, safe place. The atmosphere is welcoming and allows individuals to spend personal time well. Mrs. Aki Dale, Manager, Pleasant Caring Spirit, recalls customers' names and greets them personally. One act of kindness I witnessed was when an individual entered the store with a backpack that seemed to be filled with all he had, and he appeared to be homeless, but he carried himself with dignity. Another customer in the store spoke to Mrs. Dale about whether the person needed or wanted anything to eat or drink, to see to it that he received it and paid for it. From my perspective, the matter was handled professionally. It was obvious that a need was met without embarrassment, allowing this gentleman to maintain a sense of pride and
self-worth. You don't see that often. Salute and thanks to Mrs. Aki Dale.“

“I’ve come in a few times and there is this barista I believe her name is MJ. I love coming in there when she’s there to either take my order and make it or just making it. I don’t usually comment on anything but that girl deserves some attention, I drive all the way from Tuscaloosa 4 times a week to see her there and if I walk in and she’s not there I will not be ordering. Her smile is so radiant and she always makes sure my drinks are made with love and care. Often times you can tell when a person doesn’t enjoy working MJ takes pride and enjoys her job!🤍😊“

“just now I was visiting the Birmingham Airport in Alabama and ordered 2 coffees from terminal C and I spilled one of my entire coffees right in front of the store. Quickly an employee sweet as can be came out and helped me clean up while the other employee remade my coffee for FREE without me asking!! It is my first flight and my nerves are shot and this act of kindness from both of your employees made my day better. Thank you starbies!!“

“I didn’t see her full name (it started with ‘Am’ on her name tag, so I’m assuming Amy or Amanda) but whoever that angel was working the window this morning (8/5/26, about 9:15 am) you are INCREDIBLE. My husband and I drove away with the biggest smiles on our faces, talking about how extraordinarily personable and kind you were. I didn’t ask for my drink iced (completely my fault) and you had it fixed for me in 30 seconds, and you were funny and sweet to boot. Thank you for your incredible vibes to start our day!“

“My first time to order a coffee at the "new" Starbucks inside the remodeled Target. Starbucks was moved over to what was once the small in-store snack/cafeteria and it also got a nice remodel,. I ordered a regular coffee and the server asked if I wanted a flavor with it so I asked for vanilla and the drink was great - I really liked it as I have found most "regular" coffees in Starbucks are too bitter for my taste and required me to add much cream. This new Starbucks is nice, clean and lighting is great.“

“Really great experience here! There were two customers who were upset because they had been waiting on their orders, and I think it was the manager who handled the situation. Whoever it was, he handled it with so much kindness and grace. You could tell they were busy and doing their best to keep everything moving.

My drink took a little longer too, but honestly I didn’t mind because it was fresh and made exactly right. I just don’t understand why people feel the need to breathe over the counter while they’re making drinks 😂 It’s clearly busy and they’re clearly making drinks, just wait! The wait was worth it and the staff was great.“

“I love Starbucks. The few different locations that I go to have always been fast, kind, and accommodating. I even placed an order at a wrong location once. The location I went to just asked what the order was and they made it for me so I didn't have to drive over to the other one. Great customer service. Good job y'all! Keep it up and I'll remain a loyal customer. 💜“

“This Starbucks is second in the Birmingham area only to the 119 location, because that location has more seating inside. But genuinely this has the best atmosphere and people working in the mornings/daytime. Super calm to sit and sip a coffee for hours. And the drive thru is sometimes packed, but the employees are never panicked.“

“I love the Starbucks in the Hill Center, I mostly come in the mornings. RO and her Staff are everything. They are super nice and fast. S/O to RiRi she makes the best medicine bomb. Which is definitely needed for the cold weather. I get it so much she knows what I'm coming for when she see's my face lol Thanks Ladies and Gents for always making my day ?“

“Highly recommend! Very clean Starbucks with excellent workspace. I had an issue with my order going to wrong location and the barista named Isa was extremely helpful to rectify the issue to fulfill order quickly and went out of her way to help me - she should be recognized for superior service!!“
