“It's rare when you encounter great service, good food, and follow up to an order.The Birria Tacos were 4 stars by itself. The crispiness of the tortilla, the meat was tender along with cilantro and onion. Be sure to add some lime and sauce. The red sauce is spicy and the green is a milder level of heat. Either sauce you choose, will add the heat level to yourtaco.The consome (soup), brings the taco to another level and for the case of ratings to five stars. Its adds a savory pack of flavor. Adding squirts of lime juice to the consome added a citrus tone to the savory soup.We tried both w/cheese and without. As for flavor, it did not add or take away from the savory flavors of the Birria Taco.The price of the Birria taco was $4. If you buy 2 or more tacos the consome is included. If you love tacos this is the spot to get your fill. The tacos are just as affordable as a fast food meal but tastier with fresh ingredients. Just a tip, bring cash, there's a fee for card users.“
“Tacos: because it's Tuesday somewhere. I love a good meal from a taqueria about as much as I love a night out at a fancy restaurant. The experience is different, but the level of deliciousness is on par. Since there was SEC football to be watched Saturday night, we were in the mood to hit a taqueria & enjoy the evening at home. I found Taqueria Charros on Yelp. They stood out to me due to their 4.9/5 stars & outstanding reviews. So to Hoover we went.We had to try the tacos, of course. We got an asada & al pastor taco. I'm usually an al pastor kind of gal, but the asada was the star here. Absolutely bursting with flavor & so tender. The reviews I read raved about the asada & I see why. The al pastor was also excellent & very tender...but the asada had a slight edge. I would order both again.We also ordered Huaraches, which I've never had before. It featured cheese, beans, lettuce, avocado, onion, sour cream, cilantro on fried masa dough & I chose cabeza as the meat. Where has this dish been all my life?! Absolutely delightful! The fried masa dough is a bit more thick than a tortilla. It's soft on the inside & nice & crisp on the outside. The cabeza meat was extraordinary. Buttery & savory. This could possibly be my new fav taqueria dish.We also ordered a chicken burrito featuring cheese, beans, rice, bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, mushroom, lettuce & cilantro. The chicken was amazing. It packed a tiny bit of heat which was nice.The dishes are served with red & green salsas. The red is pretty hot & was the one I preferred. It was too hot for my wife, but she enjoyed the mild green one.Taqueria Charros is PHENOMENAL! Though this was our 1st visit they're seriously in my top 3 favorite taquerias. “This was like the fourth taco place I drove to on a Monday night and it was the only one open. I’ve driven by this place a lot and never gotten food here. I’m so glad I did! Service was amazing and fast. I got three tacos for under $10. The flavor was better than the surrounding taco trucks. I will be coming back! Also one of the only places I’ve ever been too that automatically gives you a cactus and onion side that is very unique.“
“Grateful for this shining example of a food truck. I would go here once a week if I lived in Irondale. As it is, TacoRriendo was a welcome alternative to fast food and not far off the highway. Swung through Irondale on the way to Atlanta with three other runners ready to load up on some carbs before a relay, and wasn't disappointed. My three friends were happy with it too. The chorizo burrito was delicious, fresh avocado, tasty brown rice, and in my opinion a pretty good amount of calories - you know, dense. Not a long wait, super friendly service, and some solid sour cream and salsa verde in the bag along with bonus Oreos and Chips ahoy! Also, $2 Jarritos? I'm used to getting scalped on those. There is some shade, a few places to seat. The generator is loud but that's par for the course.Vegetarian options: They definitely have them and I thought their tomatoes and avocados were pretty fresh“

I had just gone to Lowes and I was about to go to Eugene's, but before I could drive out I saw this food truck in front of me and it had like 2 people in line, so I thought, I should try it out and I'm so glad I did. This place has a very diverse menu so there will be sonething for everyone but I got the Steak Tacos and when I opened my box, I was blown away! It looked so good that I didn't even want to eat it, but when I finally ate it, I was blown away. It was truly, delicious“
“I stopped by Ladybird Taco for lunch. I ended up trying the #7, #8, and #9 tacos. The prices are not listed online but they are around $5 per taco, and I think that's very reasonable for what you get. I tried all three sauces and have to say the Patron sauce (jalapeno creamy garlic sauce) is the best. I should have realized this when the girl in front of me stocked up on like 5 sauce containers of just that sauce.I would definitely go back, and I know one of my friends who loves creamy garlic sauce would love to try this taco shop too!“

“I would highly recommend Lupita’s to anyone! This was the 2nd time I have been and I had a great experience both times. I got a chicken, cheese, and jalapeño stuffed pupusa the first time and it was the most delicious thing I have ever eaten.
