“For the two weeks that I’ve been here visiting Birmingham, Alabama. I was introduced to this place just driving by just curious about the food and it’s menu boy Birmingham has a hidden golden jewel. Best taco food truck there is even though it’s in a weird neighborhood. I can say that this is one of its hidden gems. the food is really unresisting as a small time food critic I have always said that to be a good taco truck might have a taco de lengua (beef tongue) which I understand some if not most Americans people think it’s kind of weird because the type of protein it is. But you understand the complicity of making the dish it’s very difficult and the man hours that go into making it.
As that being said, every single dish from the tacos to the tortoise, even to the corn in a cup aka esquite has been extremely well executed very delicious and the service is very very well received, and I felt like if I was talking to someone close and make you feel welcome and before I leave, Birmingham, Alabama, I will be making a video of this location because as well deserved.“

“Good place to get Tacos ordered 6 tacos they were way bigger than I thought only ate 3 saved the rest. Man tripas had good flavor both there salsas on point the red one brings the heat cooled it down with a sangria ok let’s go, good selection of meats. They give good amount of salsa, lime and to top it off the cucumber slices for that fresh crunch. Overall good Taco spot!

“Best tacos hands down. Tacos are always packed with lots of meat and served w/ grilled nopales (cactus) and cebollita taquera(green onion). They give you green and red salsa bottles to take to your table to enjoy throughout your meal. For drinks they offer Jarritos or agua frescas. Aside from tacos they also have quesadillas, pambazos, burritos, etc.“

“We stopped in for lunch,while visiting Trussville, Alabama. The establishment was clean and quite tidy even with the high volume of customers. We did enjoyed a delicious meal. My hubby ordered the Fat boy burrito and I two tacos(cheezy beef and redneck) both are served with chips and salsa. We each enjoyed a refreshingly tasty margarita, a perfect compliment to the meal. The staff was friendly, polite, and attentive to customers. We much appreciated the delicious and relaxing lunch, after our travels.“

“I’ve eaten here for YEARS, I eat pastor tacos every time I go! It will never get old!! These guys are so cool and kind hearted, they have even helped me SEVERAL times when I could not afford dinner! It’s the small things that count! Not to mention the best tacos around 🔥🙏🙌“
