“Had the best experience at Dairy Queen this evening. Came in with my three children, and was a bit flustered when ordering, as I hadn’t been to a Dairy Queen in a long time, and we were sorting out my kids’ orders and their dessert treat preferences.
The young man taking our order was so ridiculously helpful, kind, and patient with us, a chaotic bunch though we were. He was also very gracious when I asked for part of our order to be prepared later for take home for another family member, communicating the request right away to the kitchen staff. The lady in the kitchen was also very sweet and considerate kindly letting me know she’ll be ready to prep the to-go order whenever I’d like.
Everyone was so thoughtful, warm, and kind. On another note, the dining area was very clean and cozy inside. I miss fast food restaurants having warmth and charm like this when you dine in. Thanks for the nice experience. Very helpful to a busy mom after a long hectic day.“
“We just had a blizzard,ice cream cone,and fries. All where on point. The fries were hot and fresh the ice cream cone was perfect,and the flip test for the blizzard was too... The employees were awesome very prompt. Restaurant was very clean and looked awesome.“
