As a fellow Filipino I love that I have a go-to spot in Huntsville! It's very rare to find Filipino food around AL so I'm quite happy that I have somewhere to get my fix. I suggest following them on instagram or Facebook to find their truck as they're located in different places around Huntsville. We stumbled on Flippin Filipino during a rainy visit to Scott's Orchard, and the smells coming from the truck had me salivating so we abandoned our lunch plans and ordered two combos (one of just BBQ skewers for the kids, and the other contained most of their other offerings). I didn't get the name of the woman who took our order but she was very nice and helpful and the food was EXCELLENT, though the adobo was my least favorite of the four things we tried (spicy but a tad bland)....read full review
