“The breakfast, food and service has always been great until this one day. I did the online app and once I reached the drive-thru they told me that they were not able for another 30 minutes. Therefore they couldn't take my number. I explained to them that I had already purchased online and they stated they couldn't credit me back. But I noticed a day later my credit card account had been credited. Not sure what the problem was that day but normally great service and friendly service“

“3 different people sat on there phones in drive thru holding up the entire line because they didn't get off there phone to collect money but we ended up going back to have a burger made plain and they went above and beyond to make up for drive thru“

“Second time I a year I decided to try the app and curbside pickup. 9:15 I ordered. 9:38 my luke warm drink and hot cakes arrived. 20 mins? Really? This is fast food? Is all the south like this slow? Seems that way. It’s not a sit down restaurant. What happened to the days of ordering and it being ready when got to window?
20 mins for pancakes and coffee is way way too slow for a 9 am.“

“We stopped by to try the new Big Arch burger meal....We went through the drive-through, and the service was friendly and quick at this location as usual. Our order was correct, and the fries were fresh and hot, which is always a bonus. As far as the Big Arch goes....Here is my opinion.....First, it is huge...not large, not big, HUGE! Literally hard to hold because it's so big. The new bun just doesn't work for me. It is thick and dense and dryer than the regular soft buns, and began to fall apart as soon as I took my first bite. The flavor of the burger was mediocre....definitely not as good as a typical quarter pounder with cheese. Because of the super thick, dry bun, the whole burger just didn't come across as juicy or moist. The sauce was slightly tangy, but not as good as Big Mac sauce. In the ad, it said there are crispy onions on the Big Arch. Mine came with a ton of chopped, raw onions....but no other kind that I could find . Overall, I am pretty sure this will be my first and last Big Arch. Not worth the calories or the price in my opinion.“

“Excellent service from the staff. Very polite and hard-working, despite them seemingly being understaffed.
Came here during lunch, and they were working on 10 orders at a time. I came in to the front counter and waited nearly 15 minutes before anyone could help me. This was perfectly understandable. However, I apologize on the behalf of the very rude and impatient people who cannot see passed their own hubris and trying to make it seem like they were neglected by the workers.
You all do an excellent job and I appreciate the kindness and patience.“

The people that have been there a long time and have stuck around are good folks, so I'm hoping the working situation is better for them now. I like to patronize (non-derogatory) them whenever I'm having a cheat day! The breakfast line has been especially speedy lately too.“

“Giving 5 stars because I flipped my lid on the manager when I thought my order was wrong (it wasn't) and the manager didn't ring my neck afterwards or call me a slur. She was really nice even though they were busy and seemed to be short staffed. Also my double cheeseburger was really good.“
