“The lady handing out the food through the drive thru didn't even make eye contact. No smile, not nice at all. I get it, you'd rather be somewhere else, but management should put a happier soul at the window to interact with customers.“

“I am proud to provide a wonderful review of this visit. I also plan to complete the store survey to give a glowing review to the young lady that took my order today. She asked very nicely for me to pull around to a waiting spot because they were still cooking the crispy chicken for my sandwich. A different young lady came out to deliver our food, but she didn't have our drinks. It was a friendly exchange and as the young lady turned to retrieve the drinks, guess who was coming out with our drinks in hand? The same young lady that took my order at the window. As she was walking away, she turned around to ask if I needed anything else. Ketchup, etc. I said no and thanked her. As I left, I knew immediately that I needed to let her manager know what a great example of customer service she just displayed. Ba da da da da. I'm lovin' it!!“

“3 different people sat on there phones in drive thru holding up the entire line because they didn't get off there phone to collect money but we ended up going back to have a burger made plain and they went above and beyond to make up for drive thru“

“They have remodeled and there is no menu inside at Monroe and the parkway in meridianville alabama. Kinda weird and impersonal in my opinion. All the tables were needing a good cleaning.

“This location has gotten leagues better in terms of the drive-thru (I haven't been inside) in the past few months. The people that have been there a long time and have stuck around are good folks, so I'm hoping the working situation is better for them now. I like to patronize (non-derogatory) them whenever I'm having a cheat day! The breakfast line has been especially speedy lately too.“

“UPDATE 10/17/24 - They appear to be righting the ship. After an extremely terrible experience with this location right after it opened, we swore it off. We only returned when the amazing Steak Egg and Cheese Bagels returned.

Did not use the kiosk or the app.
Went to the counter and was pleasantly greeted.
We sat down fully expecting to wait 20-30 mins like last time, but were shocked when our order was ready in less than 3 mins. The food was fresh and so hot we had to wait to pick it up!

The place was clean this time too. We are so happy to have McDonalds back. Thanks for making an effort to fix the issues.

We have since returned a second time, using the drive-thru with no issues. Again, did not use the app.“

“Excellent service from the staff. Very polite and hard-working, despite them seemingly being understaffed.
Came here during lunch, and they were working on 10 orders at a time. I came in to the front counter and waited nearly 15 minutes before anyone could help me. This was perfectly understandable. However, I apologize on the behalf of the very rude and impatient people who cannot see passed their own hubris and trying to make it seem like they were neglected by the workers.
You all do an excellent job and I appreciate the kindness and patience.“

“Say what you will Johnson partners which runs the bulk of the McDonald’s in north Alabama is one of the best places to work. I know this not from experience but from their own staff at multiple levels letting me know how they feel. And even after meeting one of the Johnson partners themselves.

The food is consistently meeting expectations. And currently this is the single restaurant I visit the most often. Not ashamed I say that proudly. As a foodie and as a human being. Golden town and delicious nuggets. Crispy hash browns. And the best Coca Cola south of the AL/TN line.
Times are consistent. Keep in mind these guys stayed open and held strong during the pandemic. Let’s not forget that when dozens of us are in the drive through waiting an extra 60 seconds on our daily fill of fizz and carbs. There’s humans back there just like you and I. Be kind.
