McDonald's in Madison

“This is my second time eating at McDonalds this week. I was out with my Husband and 20 month old Grandson. And we ordered the fish fillet sandwich heavy tartar again with a Dr.Pepper. Same thing happened again soda tasted like dark seltzer water and the fish sandwich had too much tartar sauce. My Grandson enjoyed his fries. Food was Luke warm. This McDonalds is on the other side of town.“

“I have very rarely had to wait a long time at this location, and the drive-thru typically moves quickly. Employees have also always been friendly to me. I would definitely choose this McDonald's over any other location around Madison/Huntsville. I come here often to grab a quick coffee.“

“Food was consistent with McDonald's. They had a play place inside, which is always a big hit. The only complaint is that the price is comparable to a sit-down restaurant, and that's just not what we're looking for from fast food.“

“I work in the same parking lot as this particular McDonald's. I always order my food online and I wait about 5 minutes before walking over because I typically have to wait when I get there. Waiting a couple extra minutes isn't so bad. I waited almost 15 minutes after ordering. The manager that's running the place wasn't very friendly and now I can see why her staff acts the same way. I'm not going to post anyone's names but this McDonald's has struggled since it has been open. I keep telling myself I'm not going to go back but this is what's convenient. I love McDonald's breakfast but it's not worth all of this.

Side Note: There were 2 customers that had to walk in to get their order from the drive thru. One of them received cold coffee. Thankfully one of the associates finally acknowledged the guy and fixed it. But everyone else stared and didn't care that anyone was there. It was almost as if we were inconveniencing them.“
