“Priscilla.. MAN! This lady is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She is the true definition of a leader! She was so happy to just be there. Imo she should be working with corporate. She gave us the best customer service we’ve ever had. I literally can not put into words how amazingly nice she is. She was smiling the whole time we were there, she was kind. She interacted with every customer that walked in the restaurant. I have never had such good customer service from McDonald’s or any restaurant for that matter.
Parking: They have a designated area for mobile orders. Parking on both sides of the building.
Kid-friendliness: They have a play place for children.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for anyone in a wheelchair on both sides of the building!“
“Good and fast. That was my review when Marcor owned it. The Gray’s evidently doesn’t value their quality of food. I orderd a medium fry, had to ask for a new fry because the first one was cold. The second was minimally warm and so crunchy they break inside my mouth. This is what I got!“
“This location in Florence was fantastic! The service was awesome through the drive thru, the food and fries were fresh and hot and the guy at the window was so nice and told me to have a good day, which friendly interaction at a McDonalds drive true window is rare, so I was pleasantly suprised. It just makes your food taste better when you have experiences like that. He turned my stressful day around with his cheerfulness.“
