“The breakfast, food and service has always been great until this one day. I did the online app and once I reached the drive-thru they told me that they were not able for another 30 minutes. Therefore they couldn't take my number. I explained to them that I had already purchased online and they stated they couldn't credit me back. But I noticed a day later my credit card account had been credited. Not sure what the problem was that day but normally great service and friendly service“

“At this particular location they were always out of the catfish limited time special. Almost didn't go that day because I didn't want to be disappointed again, but luck was on my side this day. I got the catfish snack which was 4 pieces and fries. Only complaint that I had was that there didn't seems to be the right amount of tartar sauce for the amount of fish. It was very good tartar sauce. My son wanted a cheeseburger and fries so that is what I got for him. My son is 4 and even though he isn't picky sometimes getting him to eat what is in front of him is a challenge so when he saw that I had something different than what he had, naturally he had to request a sampling of my meal. Needless to say I had one piece of the catfish and a cheeseburger and he had the rest of the fish and fries. All that to say that the catfish was quite tasty and wish that it was something that would be on the menu permanently because the options for fish at drive through places are limited and honestly I find disappointing most of the time. I think that the home made tartar sauce sets it apart from the rest as well. Will attempt to order again before it goes off the menu“

“Second time I a year I decided to try the app and curbside pickup. 9:15 I ordered. 9:38 my luke warm drink and hot cakes arrived. 20 mins? Really? This is fast food? Is all the south like this slow? Seems that way. It’s not a sit down restaurant. What happened to the days of ordering and it being ready when got to window?

“We stopped by to try the new Big Arch burger meal....We went through the drive-through, and the service was friendly and quick at this location as usual. Our order was correct, and the fries were fresh and hot, which is always a bonus. As far as the Big Arch goes....Here is my opinion.....First, it is huge...not large, not big, HUGE! Literally hard to hold because it's so big. The new bun just doesn't work for me. It is thick and dense and dryer than the regular soft buns, and began to fall apart as soon as I took my first bite. The flavor of the burger was mediocre....definitely not as good as a typical quarter pounder with cheese. Because of the super thick, dry bun, the whole burger just didn't come across as juicy or moist. The sauce was slightly tangy, but not as good as Big Mac sauce. In the ad, it said there are crispy onions on the Big Arch. Mine came with a ton of chopped, raw onions....but no other kind that I could find . Overall, I am pretty sure this will be my first and last Big Arch. Not worth the calories or the price in my opinion.“
