“Had a great time at the Bakingtist Sourdough class last Sunday, Heidi did a great job of keeping the entire class involved and the 4 hour class flew by.

Heidi came across a relateable instructor that was always willing to reclarify things for a new baker such as myself and I look forward to attending future classes:)

Nitpicking comment here -> You may want to put up some sound absorbant panels towards the backend of the classroom area to help mitigate some of the echo and make the instructor slightly easier to hear. Heidi did a great job of projecting, the room just made it slightly echoey in the back.“

“Was not very happy about my chicken salad sandwich. Both bread and chicken salad were very dry. Very hard to eat with out having to take a drink with every bite. Flavor was OK. Might try it again, but will look at chicken salad before ordering to see how dry it is.“

“Considering there are not that many Quiznos in the United states anymore or anywhere else. This is a rare sight to see, especially since it's in Huntsville. This place makes Subway looks like stealing candy from a baby.

Food: The food is like massive, but the price is pretty questionable. That still doesn't stop it from being amazing. Ordered myself a strawberry milkshake and got the classic Italian sub. All about 19+ bucks w/ tax and tip.

Service: The guy serving my food was awesome, it was only one guy, and then another one came later. There was nobody inside the store except me. Asked if they got busy during the day, and they said, not really that much.

Atmosphere: I'm not gonna lie, the atmosphere is pretty outdated, considering that there are not that many restaurants, but we should be grateful that is still around. Their specialty is selling salads, sandwiches and soups.

sub every single time and it never disappoints!!! And the workers are all very nice. Rashelle is one lady we always see and 2 younger gentleman as well usually . We go so much they are always friendly with us!“

“Although I haven't been there much lately ,this is by far the best Subway restaurant I have been to. It's close to home maybe a 1/4 mile away. Got turned off from Subway on Martin Road behind the airport in Madison as a complete rip off but as close to work but another story as don't like being ripped off as not running a charity here. One off of Drake and the parkway kind of skipped and asked for tips .Either way the South parkway Subway loaded my sandwich down and I didn't starve to death like some of the others. This Subway is the best, as not running a charity here. They are honest, give you what you pay for and respect you. It's hard to eat under the current administration, but this Subway always makes the subs like on the commercials or atleast close, most don't and rip you off. Ran by good people who probably need business but do the right thing and don't rip you off like the other Subways I have visited. I love this place, you get what you pay for here!!“

“Mom and I were here for lunch this afternoon and once again, the food was absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly each time mom and I visit, which is always a good thing! Whenever I'm on a lunch break and I decide to go by myself to Firehouse Subs, I like to use the app (takeout) order and it's fast and easy to use.“

“The ABSOLUTE BEST Subway in Huntsville! Nice decor, clean throughout, food great! But the greatest thing about this Subway, is the people!!! Well trained, they give great suggestions, willing to help but most of all, they greet you with a big smile and are so pleasant! I am gluten sensitive and can't do a lot of bread, but this is my go to for all things veggie! A salad, wrap or sandwich (I just leave the bread)!“

They let me know how they would put it together and made everything SO EASY. I can't say enough about how accommodating and sweet they were. Go get yourself a sub.“
