Definitely not satisfied with my meal,which was the shredded beef nacho fries. First thing is that my food was not hot and I requested for the cheese to be put on the side and they did not follow instructions. My ticket doesn’t even state how I requested for my food to be made. I actually like this location,so I would prefer they get my order correct.
I ordered a chicken quesadilla combo and was informed that the restaurant had no soda available. I was charged full price for the combo and was given water as a substitute. The staff was polite, but I was disappointed that there was no discount or other accommodation despite not receiving the beverage included in the meal.
