I’m been stuck in the drive thru lane for twenty five minutes now. This also happened the last time. I had hoped the slow service was a one time thing but I guess I was wrong. Don’t use the drive thru if you’re in a hurry.
This Chick Fil A has ridiculously slow service, and the last two times we’ve eaten there our order has been wrong. Today was Saturday and we ate inside for lunch. There were so many people behind the counter but only one was taking orders. And gone are the days when the workers would tell you it’s a pleasure to serve you or apologize when your order is wrong.
