“They are a small business food truck that demonstrates nothing but exemplary customer service. My husband went by while they were in Helena for their to die for peach crumble. They were out of the dessert but they offered to make half a pan for us and said they will have it ready the next day at their next location at Shelby Baptist. I went by to pick it up and not only did they have it ready but they brought it out to me at my car. They are such nice people and I’m very happy at the customer service they display. “Great place. I tried several of the ice creams they had, all of which were fantastic. I ended up with the blackberry buttered biscuit since it was a seasonal for the summer. The woman working was great. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name! She was telling me how they’re all homemade and that she is really good at pairing their cookies with the ice cream and that the cookies are underrated. I agree. One scoop and a cookie was $5.75 and I’d gladly have laid $9 for the combo. I’ll definitely be back with my family!

“Swung by this place around 9pm and was throughly impressed! I ordered 3 tacos (carnitas, Al pastor, campechano) and they were fantastic. All were well filled and surprising very hot and fresh even at this hour. I actually had to let them cool off after almost burning my mouth on the Al pastor. I will definitely be back to try some lengua/beef cheek tacos and would recommend this truck over a few others I’ve had in town!“

Their drinks seem to only come in one size (large) and because they're served in flimsy plastic cups, it feels like the drinks are going to spill on you. But seriously, after eating this, I felt like a new person - more alert, sharper focus, and my back and knees were like 'what inflammation?' So yeah, you guys need to try this place, it's the real deal.“

“Best tacos hands down. Tacos are always packed with lots of meat and served w/ grilled nopales (cactus) and cebollita taquera(green onion). They give you green and red salsa bottles to take to your table to enjoy throughout your meal. For drinks they offer Jarritos or agua frescas. Really fun menu, conveniet mobile ordering options. And plus you get to go drink some Good People Brewing Co. beer with it! Not much more to it than good food, good portions, and easy ordering.

Would love to review the food. Showed up at 9:30 from out of town on recommendation. Stood at the window for about 10 minutes, was acknowledged with a “What’s your name?” said I hadn’t ordered yet, and was told “Kitchen’s fuckin’ closed.”“

“Food was good. Not exceptional but I'd eat it again. Prices are what you would expect from a "cajun food truck" high for the convenience. Several of us ordered together. I picked the shrimp and sausage cheese fries. It was good. Fries were little dry. But eaten with toppings were fine. I enjoyed it. A friend ordered the chicken Alfredo it was okay.
Another friend ordered the Bayou burger. It looked and smelled great but they said their fries were not good.
Okay for a food truck.“

“The food was seasoned to perfection. I had the grilled shrimp and fried catfish:both left me wanting more (and I got the double portion!). I highly recommend this spot. I hate I don't live here and that they don't have one where I live, but next time I'm in Birmingham, I'll be stopping here again (and again)!!
