“You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. Especially the Jacksonville location. The employees are very well mannered and always respectful. Every cashier is welcoming with a nice smile. The inside is very clean. Someone is always wiping the tables or cleaning in some other type of way. The bathrooms are nicely clean as well. They always keep the drive-thru moving so everyone gets their food quickly and fresh. The food is high quality and delicious. I have never gone to Chick-fil-A and hated what I was eating. It never fails to impress my taste buds every time. I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A.“

“I have a few issues. Their biscuits don’t seem fully cooked. Rarely are the tops browned. Seriously One star for biscuits Drive-thru lane is always a gamble and ordering conversations seems to go on forever. One star for the drive thru. Excessive ice in fountain drinks. This unethical practice, is actually against laws in other countries. You wouldn’t think chick fillet would stoop as low. But, the people are great and I have no doubt that I’m getting quality food.“

“Can't complain about anything. Don't get traditional wings and things, get the boneless kind. You get more meat that way. Boneless is also cheaper, the large combo going for about 12 bucks I think with a large drink.Here's a secret: extra seasoning is *free*. They either just slap it on the fries themselves or give you a cup full. It doesn't cost a cent. The grim day they start charging for it though, is the day I stop getting it.

Vegetarian options: They have salads and you can remove anything you don't like before they make them.

Parking: They have a large parking lot, and you can usually find a spot near the front even near noon.

“Called McClellan store, voiced a complaint about previous visit at Noble Street store. I spoke with Lauren. I went to place and purchase order and it was made perfect just as I am accustomed to at most visits. Also Lauren advised me that this was a courtesy replacement....the food portions were great as they usually are and food tasted great.“
