“The service here is amazing! I recently ordered the chicken hibachi with extra veggies and yum yum sauce to go. I didn’t check the food before I left and when I got home they gave me extra noodles instead of veggies. I messaged them on Facebook to let them know of the mistake and they offered to remake my order for free at my convenience! I went and picked up the remade order a week later and they even gave me the extra yum yum sauce and apologized again when I picked up the food. Great customer service and the food is amazing 🤤 Will definitely be back with family and friends!”

“I got two shrimp and broccoli with fried rice, a quart of hot and sour soup, and an egg roll. It was good as always (i been here multiple times.) One item i tried a couple months and i don't recommend is the honey chicken. The chicken that's used is low quality and the sauce is meh. It doesn't really compare to Lucky Panda Asian Kitchen's Honey chicken though.”

“My friends and I had the best time being served by Dominique at Cracker Barrel in Bessemer. Servers are hit and miss these days in giving good service, so we were so delighted to have such a wonderful and attentive waitress who gave us excellent service. Dominique was so friendly and outright charming and made us laugh so hard. I haven't had such a good time out in a long time. She was knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. I was not disappointed either as the food was excellent. Thank you, Dominique, for being so great at your job. I will always ask for you when I come to that Cracker Barrel.”

“I do not know how this place has been off my radar for so many years, but after eyeing the best looking pizza a friend has delivered, I knew we had the try it. It knocked our socks off! We get the everything pizza, and it is fabulous. Get the original crust if you are going with heavy toppings. Our grands love the pepperoni pizza, and so do we when we run out of ours. :) Even our food snob son was very impressed. Fresh ingredients, well cooked, delicious pizza, nice people, service times met every time. Winner, winner!”

A sidenote to DoorDashers, the GPS at this location is still incorrect. You must pull into the bank next-door, before you will get your arrived at store notification so that you can see the order.”

“father's day 2025. placed my order and the receipt showed 11:22 am and it was a 91 and change order. they ain't cheap, but they are incompetent. Was told to pull forward. waited 30 minutes. gave plenty time to prepare the 20 piece mix box and a chicken finger box. backed up to the window, they didn't even know I was waiting. took my receipt and I waited another 15 min before being told to come inside. I get inside and there are multiple customers waiting and several trying to get their orders sorted. they said they were gonna refund me after me waiting 45 minutes outside. I stood in the store another 10 to 15 minutes waiting on my refund all while the employees all blamed each other. terrible service. terrible attitudes. multiple people walked out after one employee said we need to just shut down the entire lobby. the manager said she couldn't as she was fumbling with getting my refund. entire place needs an overhaul regarding their staff.”
