“The service here is amazing! I recently ordered the chicken hibachi with extra veggies and yum yum sauce to go. I didn’t check the food before I left and when I got home they gave me extra noodles instead of veggies. I messaged them on Facebook to let them know of the mistake and they offered to remake my order for free at my convenience! I went and picked up the remade order a week later and they even gave me the extra yum yum sauce and apologized again when I picked up the food. Great customer service and the food is amazing 🤤 Will definitely be back with family and friends!”

“I got two shrimp and broccoli with fried rice, a quart of hot and sour soup, and an egg roll. It was good as always (i been here multiple times.) One item i tried a couple months and i don't recommend is the honey chicken. The chicken that's used is low quality and the sauce is meh. It doesn't really compare to Lucky Panda Asian Kitchen's Honey chicken though.”

From the second I walked in, she was so warm, welcoming, and just genuinely sweet. You can tell she truly cares about what she does and the people she serves.

And the sweet treats. WOW. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious fresh, beautifully made, and honestly addictive. You can taste the love in every bite.

It’s rare to find someone who combines amazing customer service with that level of quality, but Dana does it effortlessly. She made the whole experience feel special.

“My friends and I had the best time being served by Dominique at Cracker Barrel in Bessemer. Servers are hit and miss these days in giving good service, so we were so delighted to have such a wonderful and attentive waitress who gave us excellent service. Dominique was so friendly and outright charming and made us laugh so hard. I haven't had such a good time out in a long time. She was knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. I was not disappointed either as the food was excellent. Thank you, Dominique, for being so great at your job. I will always ask for you when I come to that Cracker Barrel.”

“This wonderful little restaurant is a hidden gem. Throughout 2025 and a large part of 2026, I went here countless times. I had almost everything on the menu, and I was NEVER disappointed. My personal favorite is the huarache!

Aside from having a good selection of meals, you're able to choose what meat(s) you want with many of them. On top of that, there's a self-serve bar for toppings and sauces. They also have desserts available quite often. Tres leches (my favorite), sweetbreads, cheesecake, ice cream, etc.

Not only is the food excellent and authentic, but the folks who work here are so sweet! They were always kind and attentive. Unfortunately I don't speak Spanish, so there was a minor language barrier on occasion. Despite that, my orders were never wrong and I always got what I paid for. They were always diligent in that sense. Beyond that, they're just plain nice. I always felt very safe and comfortable when I walked in the building. After a while, I was going there for the atmosphere AND the food.

I wish I could've taken this place with me when I moved away. I'll always miss it. Honestly, I'd be willing to make the trip JUST to eat here again some time. Please don't pass up the chance to eat here if you have it!”

“I purchased a graduation themed box of macarons instead of a cake for my grad party. The pricing was very reasonable, we were able to pick them up the day before, and they were arranged in a box with graduation colors. They were a huge hit with the guests, they tasted delicious and I would absolutely order again! I especially loved the strawberry and raspberry lemonade, but the vanilla and chocolate nutella rum were also very popular with my family and friends. Thank you for a great experience!”

“I do not know how this place has been off my radar for so many years, but after eyeing the best looking pizza a friend has delivered, I knew we had the try it. It knocked our socks off! We get the everything pizza, and it is fabulous. Get the original crust if you are going with heavy toppings. Our grands love the pepperoni pizza, and so do we when we run out of ours. :) Even our food snob son was very impressed. Fresh ingredients, well cooked, delicious pizza, nice people, service times met every time. Winner, winner!”
