We went based on reviews and the pictures and our food just was not what was pictured or talked about in reviews. There is New York style thin crust and then there is cracker thin crust, our pizza was cracker thin crust and I’m not a fan. Their “hand breaded” boneless wings were comparable to tyson frozen boneless wings and looked nothing like what was in the pictures. Their ranch tasted and looked like bottled ranch and not home made ranch which was also disappointing. Again, not angry or anything, just very disappointed. Reviews and pictures are very misleading. It was quick and easy and the staff was very nice.“

It took a while to get order feedback so I called the restaurant only to get an AI voice-generated service that informed me she had on real-time access to live orders in process and could not confirm an order, but would connect me to someone that could help…I instead was put back into the AI loop only to hear everything repeated again. There was no way to speak to a person at the restaurant. The order app updated during the process to show the Door Dash driver was in route. The order arrived with the pizzas but no salads and the driver said they would get the order credited. The pizza was very good. The experience for ordering and delivery and lack of ability to contact the restaurant directly is a problem.“

The girl working did not appear to be happy to be there (appeared to be the only worker, but it wasn't busy), she barely made eye contact and didn't speak. By the time we left I kinda wanted to grab my 3 bucks back out of the bucket by the till.... But, she did make a delicious pizza 🍕 😁“

“Food was quick and delicious but a little skimpy with the toppings, which I also think if you take off one topping you should get to add a different one at no charge, especially when it is a less expensive topping, They didn't add the extra chees, If they did there's no way it was worth the extra cost. The traditional wings were great the boneless ones are small like chicken nuggets but still delicious. The speed was definitely the best part. Gotta work on the toppings though, it's definitely an ongoing problem. Not the first time it's happened.“

“This Domino's continues to serve excellent pizza that not only competes with any other Perdido Key Pizza restaurant, it's better and cheaper. Seriously. 30 years ago in New Orleans before I moved here, we used to laugh at Domino's Pizza being cheese on rubber. Not at this location. “hello this is Rihanna hunt I had placed an order on June 2nd. for two large pepperoni pizzas to be delivered after 55 minutes I called the store to find out what was going on. it connected me to some recording saying that my order had been canceled and if I would like to speak to somebody to please hold I was on hold for 30 minutes I so I hung up called another Pizza company order pizza. using the same credit card same order and it was delivered within 35 minutes in the meantime I'm on hold again with Domino's on 98 for 55 minutes nobody picked up the phone then it disconnected me. then I call back pushed one to try to place another order ask them what happened to my order why was canceled they did not know requested to speak to a manager I was on hold again for another 10 minutes I hung up I called back again I was placed on hold to speak with the manager for another 10 minutes. and never got to speak to a manager this is absolutely ridiculous this is not customer service nobody knows why am I order was canceled and manager does not want to pick up the phone and I was on on hold for a total of an hour and 45 minutes which is absolutely ridiculous you guys need to figure something out better than this.“

“I ordered $85 worth of pizza it was good timing but it was the worst burnt pizza I ever had I would never eat at Domino's Pizza again it took me three four hours to reach somebody at the headquarters and still no one has called me back I have pictures of the mess that they sent for $85 store on Nine Mile Road in Pensacola Florida told me up under my number I got a $25 credit I don't want that they should have gave me at least most of my money back actually all and took that hot mess back will never order Domino's has left a bad taste in my mouth I'm so done with them until is on real never want another pizza from them.“
