“Went through drive through. The building and landscaping was nice. Ours in Huntsville outside is dirty. Water running on back sidewalks. Just looks like some if the Hardee's before they shut down! In Huntsville landscaping is not kept up...at Jack's. Jack's biscuits we're wonderful..again they were cooked well, not saturated with butter! I've tried several ways to order biscuits not saturated. When I say plain biscuits.. they say what r u talking about. Jacks in Huntsville needs some h”

“Food was literally toe curling good, not a huge fan of the pulled pork sandwich but the ribs, Mac and Cheese, beans, and chili cheese fries were PHENOMENAL! Sweet tea was also the perfect amount of sweetness. Took a minute to receive our food but we got there when they opened so it's understandable, plus the food was fresh so can't beat it!!!”

“The service here is amazing! I recently ordered the chicken hibachi with extra veggies and yum yum sauce to go. I didn’t check the food before I left and when I got home they gave me extra noodles instead of veggies. I messaged them on Facebook to let them know of the mistake and they offered to remake my order for free at my convenience! I went and picked up the remade order a week later and they even gave me the extra yum yum sauce and apologized again when I picked up the food. Great customer service and the food is amazing 🤤 Will definitely be back with family and friends!”

“I LOVE this shop! I’ve been a customer for around 3 years. There are a ton of flavors of both shakes and teas. The owner and staff are fantastic and have developed friendships with so many of their regular customers. I love going in and several of them already know which tea I’m probably going to order. They have the absolute best protein shakes of any restaurant/shop I’ve been to. And the loaded teas not only have a ton of flavor options, they have caffeine level options along with add-ins such as extra hydration, collagen, etc. The shop also sells jewelry, bags, t- shirts, and other fun items. It’s fantastic to have such a great shop in McCalla!”
