“Went through drive through. The building and landscaping was nice. Ours in Huntsville outside is dirty. Water running on back sidewalks. Just looks like some if the Hardee's before they shut down! In Huntsville landscaping is not kept up...at Jack's. Jack's biscuits we're wonderful..again they were cooked well, not saturated with butter! I've tried several ways to order biscuits not saturated. When I say plain biscuits.. they say what r u talking about. Jacks in Huntsville needs some h”

“The service here is amazing! I recently ordered the chicken hibachi with extra veggies and yum yum sauce to go. I didn’t check the food before I left and when I got home they gave me extra noodles instead of veggies. I messaged them on Facebook to let them know of the mistake and they offered to remake my order for free at my convenience! I went and picked up the remade order a week later and they even gave me the extra yum yum sauce and apologized again when I picked up the food. Great customer service and the food is amazing 🤤 Will definitely be back with family and friends!”

Drink prices are good .pool tables with tourneys are held here a few days a week. They have game night on Tuesday I believe. Trading paint was filmed here . Everyone is welcome.( just be nice.) Food is NOT served here you are welcome to order to here or bring your own.”

“I’ve been coming to this particular restaurant my entire life. I’ve never really had any problems there. I came Saturday to get a family meal to have while watching football. The gentleman at the drive thru was so nice! And, the food was on point! Y’all are rocking it!!”

“I gave four stars for service because the young lady who took our order was dry. Not rude, you're bothering me, dry. More like, I'm tired, we just got out butt handed to us. I genuinely understand the dryness. As a food industry veteran, I get it. I was overlooking it because she was informative and helpful. The interaction didn't sit well with my companion. You will enjoy the food! Just know that everywhere is not Chick-fil-A.”
