“Jacks is Woodstock is a JOKE!!! Ran to get the kids a biscuit this morning..... sit in line waiting to order for TWENTY MINUTES no exaggeration....finally get to the speaker and after another 5 min the lady takes my order ....repeats it wrong...takes it again...repeats it wrong...takes it again..tells me to pull around then opens the window and TELLS ME THEY ARE CLOSED !!!! Timmy is late for the bus I'm gonna be late for work and there is still a line out of the parking lot into the road with other people who I'm sure are trying to eat before work. Why not say we're closed instead of taking orders????? I understand short staffed blah blah whatever but that's pure bs! I thought that they were only taking orders one car at a time because of staffing but they were purposely doing this! 4 cars ahead of me were done the same way! this happened at 6am this morning ...they open at 5”

“Stopped by today for the first time. Ordered a half-rack of ribs. They were great and the folks working did a great job. Definitely will be going back to try more of the menu.”

“The service here is amazing! I recently ordered the chicken hibachi with extra veggies and yum yum sauce to go. I didn’t check the food before I left and when I got home they gave me extra noodles instead of veggies. I messaged them on Facebook to let them know of the mistake and they offered to remake my order for free at my convenience! I went and picked up the remade order a week later and they even gave me the extra yum yum sauce and apologized again when I picked up the food. Great customer service and the food is amazing 🤤 Will definitely be back with family and friends!”

She make sure that she gets everything to you and the food is absolutely wonderful. We have not had a bad meal there yet.”

“Harry and Billy's is a great place to have drinks or come sing karaoke . Ms. Darlene ( aka mama) is the best bartender in Bessemer in my opinion. Drink prices are good .pool tables with tourneys are held here a few days a week. They have game night on Tuesday I believe. Trading paint was filmed here . Everyone is welcome.( just be nice.) Food is NOT served here you are welcome to order to here or bring your own.”

“When and about lunch time restaurant was it crowded very few people are server was not attentive or server was slow she got her order wrong she did not wait on other customers in a timely manner several people were upset by her and moved to get a better waitress food was totally wrong and what we ordered order was in complete just for waffle House usually having a very good experience that was one of the worst experiences we ever had don't really recommend this restaurant”

“I gave four stars for service because the young lady who took our order was dry. Not rude, you're bothering me, dry. More like, I'm tired, we just got out butt handed to us. I genuinely understand the dryness. As a food industry veteran, I get it. I was overlooking it because she was informative and helpful. The interaction didn't sit well with my companion. You will enjoy the food! Just know that everywhere is not Chick-fil-A.”
