“They are rude and they don't listen to you when you try to order. once you get your order half of it missing. T he place isn't clean and it not friendly at all I give them a 1 ranking“

“3-26 is a special day for me and James at the pizza hut on hwy 14 in Millbrook Alabama made my night. First of all he was very courteous and then the pizza he prepared for me was excellent. #Jamesisthebest“

“You dine in your car,or vehicle you're driving, and order through a speaker. No inside seating available. The food is fairly priced upwards, and the service is not at 99% yet.

Parking: No restrooms available for the Coustomer or public. Some of the speakers that you order on,were not working.

“Some of the nicest and best service around. This restaurant is always clean and the staff is amazing. They are always polite and if you’ve been there a few times they remember you. The old commercials called them sandwich artist, there’s one lady there ( not sure of her name) her name tag says cuz, she truly is a sandwich artist lol. The food looks appealing like some you would see on a commercial. They seem to take pride in this restaurant more than most now a days. If you’re close by give them a try.“

“yes they maybe short staff but the employees are always super friendly. The chicken was hot and fresh. Best tenders and bone in ever. its always crispy never soggy.“

“OK, I am from Illinois and my kids LOVE Zaxby's. Whenever we drive on I-65 to Fort Walton Beach we stop at this particular location. The food is awesome... everyone knows that already. This place is special because the staff are always so nice and hospitable. It holds a special place in our hearts, so I have to give them props for doing a killer job. Please open locations in Illinois- my 4 children will eat there every day if given the opportunity LOL“

“Although I have had several poor experiences with this location in the past with having missing items or oorly made burritos and tacos, I decided to try again to see if the food/service had improved. I placed a mobile order as I was about 5 minutes away from the store. I assume there was a change in staff but I was very impressed my food was phenomenal and exactly as I ordered. Saturday night being a busy time I didn't expect it to be as perfectly made as it ended up being. I'm glad taco bell is back on my list.“
