Stopped in on 05/01/24 for lunch in the drive thru, there was a VERY RUDE black female operating the window, she needs to find a new job instead of taking her attitude out on customers. i ordered a tea and a shake. the shake had a hole in it which she probably put there causing it to leak in my vehicle,
The store made a mistake on my order. Understandable. The manager said in order to fix it, I’d have to drive back down to the store within the next 20 mins (before they stopped serving breakfast at 11). I told her I couldn’t do that & wasn’t there a better way they could fix their error. She got combative, aggressive, said she’s wasn’t dealing with this & hung up on me. Again.. Mistakes are inevitable. My issue is the horrible response from Jacks when I asked for a correction.
