“We order from here all the time cause we live so close. It’s always hot and delicious. The team is always welcoming when I come in for pick up and even offer to help me to my car. I ordered for a party a couple of weeks ago and am ordering for just my husband and I tonight. No matter the order size or the complexity, this location always comes through on time with great food and awesome service!“

They were dealing with system issues and being swamped with orders from what I heard the entire day. Despite this they were incredibly polite and were doing the best they could to get orders out as fast as possible. All of my order was great, no problems in any way.“

“I just ate the most delicious pizza at Midtown Pizza Kitchen in Prattville, Alabama. What made the experience unforgettable, however, was how nice the staff was. I didn’t catch their names, but the three ladies working at closing on April 10, 2025 were outstanding! They made me feel safe and comfortable in the establishment when I was eating alone, they made me feel confident in myself when I was nervous feeling, and they just were genuinely nice to me. I wasn’t feeling the best emotionally when I went in, but coming out I was so glad I chose to eat my dinner there. Huge respect was earned for this establishment tonight!“

“My family and I went here for lunch. We arrived here after going to another unwelcoming pizza place. Our server, William, was very kind and patient. He communicated well with us about menu items and the kitchen's timeliness. Our food arrived at the table in a reasonable time, and everyone’s food was delicious. I tried the pasta of the day, and I would absolutely ask for it again. My husband and I value spending our money in a place that serves our family well, along with great food and atmosphere. “My family and I absolutely adore Fox’s Pizza Den! Unfortunately they are short staffed so service can be slow. Nonetheless the servers we’ve had were great even with their high work load. Their loaded cheese bread is the best! So is everything they have!! Best pizza we’ve ever had! We have never minded the wait bc food is great and servers are so nice! We normally go once a week! “Thank you to Saza Madison, and specifically our two wonderful waitresses, for a great group dinner yesterday evening (9/5/2024). I called a few weeks early to discuss a large party reservation for a dinner group. Then, earlier this week, I called back to give a more accurate number of people in our group who had signed up to come. The Saza team set up our tables and gave us two great waitresses. There was an accident on 565 leading to terrible traffic, so part of our party was delayed. They never rushed us as we waited. Everyone got their orders in, and we enjoyed our conversations while they made the magic. Food was great - our group tried everything from salads, to pasta, to pizza… it was delicious. With a large party, we were asking for a lot from Saza and they delivered!“

“We had an excellent experience thanks to Claudette, who was fantastic with our big group of 17 excited 10-year-old boys. She smoothly got everyone settled with drinks and reserved tables, making the process seamless. The rest of the staff was also great—constantly keeping the pizza stocked and ensuring the tables stayed clean. Overall, a wonderful visit with attentive and friendly service. Highly recommend!“
