Yes and No. Food should be hot. we stopped in for Breakfast the other day and i had eggs and bacon with pancakes. pancakes were like warm. my wife had Biscuits and gravy and it was cold. another time we went after church for lunch with a party of 8, we all had Meat and 3 with one ordering a hamburger, Burger was freshly cooked while all other was cold. suggestion is to not fix plates until all food is cooked so all food is served hot. 👎
After being seated by a server; the manager approached our table in a rude manner telling us we had to move that others were waiting in line to be seated. The server was aware of this; however, she was working on getting a bigger table for the other customers. We left and will NEVER be back. Very unprofessional!!! He need to fired or go through training AGAIN!
Disappointed in my to-go order and in your manager Brittany when I called back about it. I try to not be someone who complains about food but when I order something with pulled pork and it comes with pulled chicken, that's pretty obviously a mess up. Was also used to getting a BBQ sauce cup with my potato, but apparently they don't come with sauce. Being told "I watched them make it and they pulled it from the pork bin so I'll have to check" with essentially no concern from your...read full review
