“Yes and No. Food should be hot. we stopped in for Breakfast the other day and i had eggs and bacon with pancakes. pancakes were like warm. my wife had Biscuits and gravy and it was cold. another time we went after church for lunch with a party of 8, we all had Meat and 3 with one ordering a hamburger, Burger was freshly cooked while all other was cold. suggestion is to not fix plates until all food is cooked so all food is served hot. 👎“

“We go to the Zelda Road First Watch as often as possible, and yesterday was one of the days. The food, staff, and management are all exceptional. May have to wait a bit before being seated, but oh, so worth it! Just bring one to Prattville so we can frequent more than once a week.“

“Drinks were great but first time driver thru person here. Had no idea who was supposed to go when. Tried to pull forward and someone else almost hit me in their rush to be in front of me. Again no one was outside to let me know who was first, etc. I have no problem yielding but you can't expect people to know something they don't know. Not sure if I want to experience that again.“

“Very friendly staff that seemed to work very well together having each other's backs to make sure customers were taken care of promptly. Way to show teamwork really does make the dream work. Always enjoy Chicken Salad Chick and pick up extra when I go visit as it's not just around the corner for me. They have a great variety of flavors so something for almost anyone.“

“Went for dinner a few nights ago at around 8, I had a long day + their salad bar was running thru my mind all day. Placed our order and was then invited by our waiter to go over to the salad bar. It was dark, dismal & closed. My heart sank to the depths of my soul. The waiter apologized for unknowingly advising us to the packed up salad bar, saying he’d bring salads out. Wow, did he bring the salads!! This waiter not only brought out salads, but he created a gorgeous spread of all the sides, veggies, eggs and toppings. I couldn’t believe it, he hit a home run and a grand slam in customer service and for that I recommend Cork & Cleaver! Clearly they take care of their customers!! Exceptional Service! A++“

“We were on our way back from Tuscaloosa and looked Cow a Bun go up on our cars maps. Wow! I had the grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese and my spouse had the ribeye sandwich. They said it would be ready in 15 mins and it was. The Chicken sandwich was moist & tender. I got the baked potato w mine and had it for another meal later. Ribeye sandwich was spot on good. We will add this place to our route home when we visit our son at college.“

“Sushi Ro is probably the best place to get local sushi. I travel for work and have been in Prattville for a while. Believe me, I have given this place so much money. The sushi is delicious, their teriyaki is cook to perfection. I highly recommend trying the Daniel Special.“
