Customer service absolutely terrible. Chicken was over cooked almost too hard to bite into. Things were forgotten and tried to charge us for the forgotten items just overall the worst Dairy Queen experience I’ve had.
Blizzards were not made to order. The young man on duty had his hair loose and hanging in his face His visor was on backwards, with microphone near the top of his head, which made his voice sound distant when I was ordering. I spoke with his manager. The manager stated that she had asked him to comply several times. The cashier/he refused to comply. I have experienced getting a mouth full of hair in a salad from another restaurant. I don't visit that restaurant anymore. Please...read full review
