Debris Po-Boys & Drinks Reviews
Had a great lunch today at Debris! Interesting & delicious lavender cocktail. Food was an amazing Cochon Po’Boy sandwich and the best beans & rice I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. Emily took good care of us! She was so friendly and full of local information. Great visit to Mobile!
Had a fantastic lunch at Debris. The Seared Tuna from the second shift section of the menu was the perfect size and price point for a light lunch. The tuna was perfectly seared and on a bed of fresh spring mix. The Cusabi (wasabi and cucumber) sauce was my delicious. I love everything about Debris, including the wonderful staff!
Came to try the boudin balls and collard greens. Boudin is not what I expected as I’m used to Best Stop and Billy’s in Louisiana. The outside was nicely breaded and fried. The inside reminded me of tuna salad 🫤. The collard greens are AMAZING! Seasoned very well. Had stems but they were tender and easy to eat. Collards saved the day! 😊

The collard greens are highly appreciated for their seasoning and tenderness, often saving the meal when other dishes fall short. The bread and shrimp are noted for their quality, making it a great spot for a satisfying meal. Many visitors also enjoy the fried soft shell crab po-boy, which features two decent-sized fried crabs and a tasty remoulade sauce. The potato salad is frequently highlighted as a really good side.
