“LITERALLY waiting 13 minutes now for someone to come to counter to take my order . The girl working the counter was also working the boxing station and also the drive thru....been now 16 minutes and she's finally able to come take my order..there are 3 people working the back making pizzas...this is not a problem because of the employees it's a problem because of lack of employees...and this is not the only location with this issue.. corporate needs to handle this..., I know this old pascagoula location get BUSY BUSY in evening times especially on Fridays and yet still the same amount of employees doing 3 jobs at once.“

“Had a bad experience a week or so back at this location but Mrs. Bridgette got in contact with me and had the location remake my order and had it ready for me for pickup this afternoon for free. I don’t know what exactly is different but this is one of the Best Pizza's I’ve EVER had from any Little Caesar’s and we will definitely be coming to this location as long as they keep up the good work!!! Thank You Cottage Hill Little Caesar’s for changing my mind about you guys and making one bad experience into my new Favorite Little Caesar’s Location Ever!!!“

“I've been going a little Caesars for a long time. I remember when certain people will work there the food was much better than other times. Sometimes it's not the company is the people that work there.

Parking: Dauphin Island Parkway the parking is not so good I hate who designed the parking lot you can go in and out Only One Direction and you have to have a go-kart to do it“

“Went in for dinner after a long day and decided to give this pizza place a try. Overall, it was a pretty solid experience. The pizza came out hot and fresh, with a good balance of sauce and cheese. Crust was cooked well, not too thin and not overly thick either. I liked that the menu had a few classic options along with some different toppings to choose from. The staff seemed friendly enough and didn’t rush us, which I appreciated. Place was clean and had a relaxed vibe, nothing fancy but comfortable. Prices felt reasonable for the portion size. Not the best pizza I’ve ever had, but definitely one I’d go back to when I’m in the area again.“

“I bought the 4.99 cookie brownie. Very misleading. The ad looked like this warm, soft brownie that "feeds 4." Yeah it's like a little Debbie snack that comes cold out the fridge. Look at the picture. The things worth a buck at most, not $5. I do like how your app order is locked in a warmer and when you get there you just scan in and it unlocks and you grab your order. So you can just grab and go, unless you order a refrigerated brownie lol.“
