“We really like this place. It’s on the smaller side, but we’ve never had to wait for a table. Service has always been friendly and fast. The decorations are cute and trendy and the interior is very clean. Plenty of parking which is nice. The food is good, priced slightly on the higher side, but worth it for most dishes. We always get the corn pudding dish (can’t remember the actual name of it) for dessert to share. Highly recommend!“

The Assistant Manager at Aztecas knew all the trouble I was going thru, and personally delivered the order himself. TO MY HOUSE!! I have NEVER experienced this level of customer service. And the food was delicious. I have been going to this restaurant for years and highly recommend it for great food and great service!!“

“I placed an order online in St. Cloud, Florida, and somehow the mobile app redirected my order to this mobile Alabama location. I was able to call and speak to an associate who gave me the general manager’s telephone number. I believe the associates name was Charles who was very helpful. Upon leaving a voicemail with the GM she quickly responded by texting me back and letting me know they would refund my money as I arrived at my store here at my location where I live at and they did not have an order I wanted to give them kudos. Because everything works same, it was pretty fast. I ordered $75 worth of food and did not want to lose that money as you can imagine because I had to re-order the food. The GM was very helpful and said immediately that she would refund the money thank you guys and I haven’t been to Mobile in a while but when I do, I will definitely stop at your location.“

“The food at this Mexican restaurant is always delicious, but the portions do vary. Out of the four times I’ve been to this place. Only one of the waitresses was extremely friendly and helpful. The rest were mediocre and only one was really bad so don’t expect wonderful service here. Expect kind of a mediocre service. If you can get over that, then this is the great place to eat because they’re Mexican. Food is not only delicious, but it is reasonably priced.“

“We dined for lunch at the Schillinger Road, South location and we're totally amazed by the quality of food and service! Our server, Maliga and the manager were so gracious and the most attentive and efficient service we have experienced anywhere in Mobile. The quality of beef in my ala carte order was like a homecooked pot roast...no fat ..no mystery. The tamales are wonderful and have a special sauce. The ground beef in the tacos is the finest quality and seasoned wonderfully. The margarita had only 2 percent alcohol in it, and the glasses for that drink are the wrong kind. But the most important is the impeccable food and service. I could enjoy their "refried" beans because they start with beans and do not add lard to it! The entrance to the restaurant on Schillinger is hard to find at first, but inside is wonderful and authentic The very best Mexican restaurant this side of San Antonio, and they are family-owned.“

“The Cottage Hill location is the best Taco Bell in Mobile, AL, hands down. (The absolute best I’ve been to in the southern US as well) I go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell when there’s one a two minute drive from where I live. I tell people to come to this location specifically over any other Taco Bell in the area.
I’ve been coming to this location since college and have never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh no matter what time I come, the staff if always friendly, and my order is always correct.
Whoever their General Manager is, they’re doing something right, and I hope they get the biggest bonuses.

“The service is what made the atmosphere great at this location. This was my first time going inside this location because usually I’m at the drive-through. Chris greeted me with the hello as soon as I hit the door and he was patiently waiting as I decided On what I want. To say he was polite is not to say enough he was so attentive and kind and genuinely so imo. After ask me what drink I wanted , He asked if I wanted lemonade mixed with it because it would be good. I got the dragon fruit fresco with a lemonade and he was totally right. Thank you, Chris! I was super impressed by his presence and willingness to do this and this was an empty store except for one person inside so the tendency is to just forget about the service when it’s not busy, but To my delight and surprise Showed up with excellence even when no one was watching.
