When you plug down 60 bucks man and you want to grub you don't want undercooked pies and you know you want Pizza Hut....
But I call the place first thing in the morning man and ask the guy if he'll make it right....
And they do

I called in hungry, slightly dramatic, and fully prepared to fight for extra ranch… but Nicole handled everything like a champion. Order was perfect, food was hot, and she somehow made customer service feel like talking to an old friend.
