You don’t get customer service like this anymore! Specifically Crystal today was amazing. I pulled up. I order ask her questions. She answered all of them with no hesitation! I don’t care if I have to drive an extra 30 minutes out of my way to find a yellowhammer location. I will never not choose yellowhammer over other Coffey companies because the experience alone is worth it.
I visited the location at airport and snow today. I went inside for the 1st time as I usually go through the drive through. There were 6+ employees. My coffee could have tasted like a dumpster fire and I would not have cared because of how happy and kind the employees were. Every human in that building was happy to be at work today or did a 10/10 job at faking it. What a blessing to be that happy at work. Shout out to the owners or managers.
