“Wow! So great to see a new Krystal in the area. The food is always hot and fresh! The dining area is spotless! The people working there are SO NICE! I've been to a few really disappointing Krystal locations (looking at you Hoover) in the last few years and this one just completely knocks it out of the park.
Bravo, Calera Krystal. Please keep up the gold standard you've set for all other Krystal locations.“

“The last two years, all the Milo locations I’ve visited have really gone downhill. Nothing like the previous decades. Shame! Staff at Calera was non responsive. Cahaba heights , burgers were dried out like they had been sitting and fries as well. Sorry to say that too many of this experience for me to go back.“

“I’m grateful to the staff here. It’s rare to find a gem like them. We come in once a week. They are great with my 10 year old special needs son. The customer service is above and beyond. The restaurant is always so clean. They treat us like family. Thank you management and staff for all you do. One young lady employee even visits with me to check and see how I’m doing. She encourages me and is a light of positivity. We love yall.“

“I watched one of the workers fixed my food right after coming for me and will smoke and cigarette and then use gloves or wash their hands.This place.I will not recommend anybody go.This is the worst sneaky piece.I have ever been to but if you're nasty and like nastiness go ahead and go be my quest“
