Chicken is always good from here. We don't have one in our area. So whenever we travel out of state, we try and grab some then. Service is kind of slow. But the food is always hot. Can't complain.
The employee who took our order and payment was very pleasant and helpful. Great attitude. My complaint is about the food. The order of okra, about 15 pieces, was put into a plastic carry bag left open. Over three dollars for this in an unsafe container. This needs to be corrected please.

The line was a bit long but they moved us through quickly. My food was hot and everything was good. We had to drive about 25 minutes back to Prattville and that food was still hot! I will definitely visit again.
