This was the most horrible experience my husband and I ever had. The cashier never made eye contact, was unwilling to answer questions, nor acknowledged us in any way. My husband ate the buffet and said the food was good. He said he asked an employee at the salad bar if they had Caesar dressing. Customer service is a lost art. The servers are amazing and work hard to keep everyone happy- the manager, not so much. I won’t be back.
I’ve not been to Golden Coral in several years and today I was reminded of exactly why.
Food quality is horrible!!! The availability of items were lacking. The Chef manning the grill station today was terribly rude. The food stations were not kept clean of over spill of food. Our Server was exceptional though, huge shout out to Steven for keeping us laughing.
