Panda Express is a restaurant where customer experiences can vary. Some customers have expressed concerns about the packaging of their delivery orders, urging the restaurant to improve its sealing methods. Others have noted disappointments with the service, such as a lack of a changing table and confusion with order modifications. However, the manager at this location, Erick, has received praise for being friendly and attentive to customers. Despite some challenges, there seems to be potential for a positive dining experience at Panda Express, especially with the welcoming presence of the manager. Recent reviews highlight that the food can be very good, with one customer calling their Panda plate the best ever, praising the noodles for not being dry. Some customers, however, are frustrated when certain items like sweet fire chicken are unavailable, which can be disappointing. Others have enjoyed their meals, like the Double Honey Chicken with fried rice, noting that most dishes are great, although drinks might sometimes lack sweetness. Overall, the restaurant shows signs of great food and friendly staff, with room for improvement in consistency and service.
