“I was on my way from Mobile and I called to order, it was a Sunday , so they were closing a little earlier. My visit was amazing! The customer service was phenomenal! The pizzas were delicious 😋 I don’t see pizzas the same after this experience! I will drive an 2 and 24 hours from my home just to eat here again!“

When we got our order, she didn't say thank you, or acted like she appreciated our business. Once we got home, the pizza was OK. But our desert was wrong. This isn't the first time we have had issues here. It's not always like this, but it really makes me want to go somewhere else.“

Trina not only ensured me that my new york style pizza would be made correctly and she stood on business when it came to preparation of my food, great customer service, humble and patient! She also catered to my no meat touching my food concerns (Vegan) by simply changing the pizza cutter. Before Trina I was treated with disrespect by the manager Chris and never met with a sincere after he made my pizza in the same style as the traditional pizza! “On an incredibly busy Tuesday, someone in the kitchen made a small mistake on my order. The kind of mistake anyone would make. No problem whatsoever.

But the staff and management—especially Tay—were so unbelievably kind and generous. Not only did they replace the mistaken order, but they offered me a complimentary drink while I waited, they kept my order warm in the meantime, and made sure I felt taken care of the entire time.

There isn’t a restaurant in America that you can go to and not experience the occasional mixup. But it is *exceedingly rare to meet a staff anywhere that is so generous, driven to please, thoughtful and kind.

“I ordered a large pepperoni bacon pizza from Marco’s Pizza and… it was so. delicious. The crust was perfect, the cheese was melty, and the bacon had that crispy bite that hit just right. Easily one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while.

Even though I came in kind of late, the staff didn’t act annoyed or rushed at all. They actually seemed happy to serve me, like they really gave a damn. Super friendly and respectful, made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. You can tell the team cares and takes pride in what they do.
