“I was on my way from Mobile and I called to order, it was a Sunday , so they were closing a little earlier. My visit was amazing! The customer service was phenomenal! The pizzas were delicious 😋 I don’t see pizzas the same after this experience! I will drive an 2 and 24 hours from my home just to eat here again!“

“Nice, laidback restaurant. Casual dining. Kid friendly atmosphere. There is outdoor patio seating. TVs around the restaurant. Very good customer service. Emily was very attentive.
The menu has appetizers, salads, sandwiches and pizza. Some dessert items.
This is not NY style pizza but it is good. Thin crust and crispy edges. All kinds of toppings available. White sauce available.
We had the brunch pizza with eggs, bacon, cheese, and added jalapeño and salsa and some onions. We enjoyed it. A small pizza was perfect for 2 people. We did see another person eat the small all by himself.“

When we got our order, she didn't say thank you, or acted like she appreciated our business. Once we got home, the pizza was OK. But our desert was wrong. This isn't the first time we have had issues here. It's not always like this, but it really makes me want to go somewhere else.“

“One of the last places to eat in Eastdale Mall. This place has great food and great prices for a fast grab lunch. The owner was a genuinely nice guy and for 6.99 I got a large slice of meat lovers pizza, chips, and a drink. You can order whole pies or by the slice and he even has soul food on Friday.“

“I have not ordered from Dominos in a long time. Ordered tonight from the East South Blvd location. It went in the oven at 6:03 pm and tracker app said Carlos was the delivery driver. That sweet young man was here with it by 6:23 pm. He was friendly and smiling. I only had so much cash on me for a tip, but I wish I could of gave him more. He was very sweet and had a bright smile. Great experience 🙂“

“On an incredibly busy Tuesday, someone in the kitchen made a small mistake on my order. The kind of mistake anyone would make. No problem whatsoever.

But the staff and management—especially Tay—were so unbelievably kind and generous. Not only did they replace the mistaken order, but they offered me a complimentary drink while I waited, they kept my order warm in the meantime, and made sure I felt taken care of the entire time.

There isn’t a restaurant in America that you can go to and not experience the occasional mixup. But it is *exceedingly rare to meet a staff anywhere that is so generous, driven to please, thoughtful and kind.
