“I reviewed a steak place over on east chase parkway and in that review, I mentioned this Longhorns in my review. I can't believe I have not reviewed this Longhorns yet. This is the best steak place in Montgomery. There might be one downtown somewhere I haven't tried, but I don't think so. The outlaw ribeye here is the best in town. It is consistently good, the right amount of seasoning and even a medium has great char. we eat here at least twice a month, never had a bad steak. the mashed potatoes are the best side, make sure to get them in a separate bowl with extra butter (my opinion) and adding a salad is maybe $2. You're in Montgomery, Alabama, and almost on the southern bypass, which means most of the staff don't really want to be working anyway, so don't expect superior service, but they will bring your food, which is the most important part. side note- twice this summer of 2025 we went there for lunch and the place smelled horrible. apparently the carpet got wet and spoiled/mildewed/soured we had to leave because of the smell, not the food. last time we went it was better but I suggest sitting by the bar.“

“After a round of golf, we came in for a casual meal. Cynthia was our server and did a fantastic job of serving our needs and making spot on recommendations. Although it was a busy night she took the time to chat with us and understand what we were looking for with drinks and our meal. “I've always loved Prattville LongHorn, but as with everything else in the world it was short wait staff. So I'm thankful for the people that were there our first girl must've been new because she seemed afraid of the large group of 7 she didn't know what to do and The waitress Kamiya came in and handled the table like a pro👌🏽 however she did have a lot of tables like I said staff appeared to be short staffed I saw Kamiya looking like the only one working on our side of the room anyway she did a great job for being stretched so thin , but the service I've come to love was compromised on this day however I will still come to this LongHorn♥️🙏🏽“

“We popped in the Prattville Texas Roadhouse for an early dinner. It was 4:30 PM and the parking lot was pretty full for the time of day it was. After having a great meal with amazing service, I can see why. Keri took exceptional care of us and was very helpful with suggestions and explanations. Service can make or break a meal and Keri made ours a great experience! We had combo app (potato skins, fried pickles and “rattlesnake bites”). Everything was good with the ranch as the MVP. Dinner was filets, loaded baked potatoes and house and Cesar salad. The steak was cooked PERFECT. Absolutely perfect. Great meal for a fair price. Can’t beat that! We will definitely go back, passing other locations and competitors to get to there!“
