“We picked this restaurant randomly, because we wanted a vegetarian meal. It was delicious! Absolutely top notch service. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Beautiful hammered metal glassware and serving bowls. Best food we've had in ages. Worth stopping in Montgomery to eat! We definitely recommend to all. Outstanding!“

“We go to the Zelda Road First Watch as often as possible, and yesterday was one of the days. The food, staff, and management are all exceptional. May have to wait a bit before being seated, but oh, so worth it! Just bring one to Prattville so we can frequent more than once a week.“

“Went to celebrate my wedding evening with friends. Nothing is open in Montgomery on a Sunday for dinner. Googled and saw the reviews, pictures, and decided it would be a fun wedding night place. The food was amazing. The service was so friendly! All the servers, hostesses, everyone was so kind. All the people even eating in the restaurant! Very elegant atmosphere! They even gave us a champagne toast! The service blew us away (and I am from Birmingham, where there are tons of amazing restaurants) Will definitely be back!“

“We stopped off here going home to Tennessee from Florida. We were so sick of fast food and restaurants food. This was the best food we had the whole trip! My husband got the ribeye which was cooked perfectly. I got the double cheese burger, it was so juicy! The kids got chicken sandwiches, perfectly crunchy and juicy. Everyone loved their food. We got butter milk pie and had to order another one for the road. So good! Definitely stop off here! Great hidden gem“

“Dog friendly! place to eat with the best chargrilled wings I have ever had. We’re traveling with our dog and it’s so nice to be able to bring her along. . The pizza was so good! The salad was great. “This was wonderful…the food, the service, the friendly people…I just can’t say enough about how much we loved this restaurant. Well we ate 3 of our 6 meals here. We would have eaten more but we ate two of our 6 at the Riverwalk Stadium during baseball games and another before we found the place. Love your Cafe! Oh and also the best sweet tea of my 61 years!“

“Went for dinner a few nights ago at around 8, I had a long day + their salad bar was running thru my mind all day. Placed our order and was then invited by our waiter to go over to the salad bar. It was dark, dismal & closed. My heart sank to the depths of my soul. The waiter apologized for unknowingly advising us to the packed up salad bar, saying he’d bring salads out. Wow, did he bring the salads!! This waiter not only brought out salads, but he created a gorgeous spread of all the sides, veggies, eggs and toppings. I couldn’t believe it, he hit a home run and a grand slam in customer service and for that I recommend Cork & Cleaver! Clearly they take care of their customers!! Exceptional Service! A++“

“I have multiple food allergies (gluten, dairy, soy, corn, MSG) and cannot eat at a lot of restaurants. My students were throwing a fundraiser supported by Taco Mama, so I decided to try it. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and made me an extremely delicious salad that I was able to eat without having any symptoms! Thank you, Taco Mama, for giving me another place where I can eat out in Montgomery!!!“

“Had a taste for some good catfish while in Montgomery and I found Joe’s Again and man oh man am I glad that I did! I got the catfish plate and it was absolutely delicious!!! Three big, perfectly fried pieces of catfish, and the fries were plentiful, perfectly cooked, and amazingly seasoned!! Everything came out pretty quickly too! And very reasonably priced (especially for all that you get)! Get extra of the pickle-flavored sauce, it’s delicious! I will definitely be back before I leave!!“

“This restaurant is a Montgomery tradition and renowned by locals for great food and service for a reasonable value. No reservations on weekends so plan accordingly. Everything on the menu is good but I like their onion rings, crab claws and West Indies salad for appetizers. I favor their Steaks and seafood for entrees. Their green salad is fresh The kids menu is one of the best in MGM for quality and value.“

“The atmosphere was very quaint. The hospitality was above and beyond. My entree was too salty for me and my wonderful waiter did not hesitate to provide me with a different new dish. Ordered a burrito which was big and delicious with a salad on the side. Got your usual chips and salsa as complimentary. My brother got tacos and my friend something else I forgot but the food for everyone was amazing. The waiter was polite and quick. Totally would recommend it. Ambiance was dim and private which was nice for privacy and they got sports playing. It's quiet enough to have conversations as well. Hoping to dine in their outside section next time !“
“We had our school group stop here on our Civil Rights trip to Montgomery. They were so welcoming to all of us after a long day of touring! The food was so delicious, the kids were going back for more! They also let all the kids play their music and just relax and enjoy our time in the space. “We have tried barbecue all over the country but Dreamland was the best we’ve ever eaten. My husband had the 3 barbecue platter and said the potato salad was delicious. I had the baked potato barbecue with boneless tips and coleslaw. The staff was very helpful and quite congenial.“
